背景技术
氢氧机在使用时,防止氢氧气燃烧回火是安全使用的关键,若氢氧气燃烧回火进入电解氢氧气出气端,将会引发氢氧机爆炸,带来巨大的危害。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种简单、安全的氢氧气体防回火装置。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案为:一种氢氧气体防回火装置,包括氢氧气导入管、单向阀、防回火装置、防爆隔离管、排水管、排气管及氢氧气导出管、水位传感器;所述氢氧气导入管、单向阀、防回火装置、防爆隔离管,水位传感器依次连接,排水管、排气管及氢氧气导出管分别与防爆隔离管相连,所述防回火装置具有进气管和出气管,进气管和出气管之间设有防回火腔,防回火腔内设有金属防回火网,金属防回火网由多个金属锥形体或半金属锥形体互连组成,锥形体横载面积较小的一端靠近进气管。
上述的氢氧气体防回火装置中,所述氢氧气导入管与防回火装置通过法兰连接。
上述的氢氧气体防回火装置中,所述防回火装置与防爆隔离管通过法兰连接。
上述氢氧气体防回火装置中,所述防回火装置顶部设有水位传感器,用于测量防回火装置中的水位。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型设有防回火装置、防爆隔离管,防爆隔离管内装满水,这样有效阻止氢氧气燃烧的回火。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明,但本实用新型并不限于此。
如图1所示,本实用新型包括氢氧气导入管1、单向阀10、防回火装置2、防爆隔离管3、排水管4、排气管5及氢氧气导出管6;所述氢氧气导入管1通过法兰8与防回火装置2连接,所述防回火装置2通过法兰9连接防爆隔离管3,所述防爆隔离管3下部接有排水管4,防爆隔离管3上部接有排气管5和氢氧气导出管6以及水位传感器13,所述排水管4上设有排水电磁阀11。通过水位传感器13向防爆隔离管3内加入足量的水,氢氧气经过单向阀10、防回火装置2、防爆隔离管3从氢氧气导出管6排出。
如图1及图2所示,防回火装置2具有进气管和出气管,进气管和出气管之间设有防回火腔,防回火腔内设有金属防回火网,金属防回火网由多个金属锥形体12或半金属锥形体互连组成,锥形体横载面积较小的一端靠近进气管。

1.一种氢氧气体防回火装置,包括氢氧气导入管、单向阀、防回火装置、防爆隔离管、排水管、排气管及氢氧气导出管、水位传感器;所述氢氧气导入管、单向阀、防回火装置、防爆隔离管依次连接,排水管、排气管及氢氧气导出管以及水位传感器分别与防爆隔离管相连,其特征在于:所述防回火装置具有进气管和出气管,进气管和出气管之间设有防回火腔,防回火腔内设有金属防回火网,金属防回火网由多个金属锥形体或半金属锥形体互连组成,锥形体横载面积较小的一端靠近进气管。
