本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构非常简单、散热效果明显、有效保护电容等元器件、充分考虑到母排的结构特点以及母排性能要求的集成散热板的电容叠层母排。

一种集成散热板的电容叠层母排,包括正极板、负极板、绝缘膜A、绝缘膜B、绝缘膜C和散热板;其特征在于:所述正极板两面设有绝缘膜B和绝缘膜C;所述负极板设在绝缘膜B的一侧;所述绝缘膜A设在负极板的另一侧;所述散热板设在绝缘膜的另一侧;所述正极板、负极板和散热板的安装是通过绝缘膜A、绝缘膜B和绝缘膜C紧密的粘合。
本实用新型的有益效果是:专业解决普通的叠层母排散热问题,且通用性非常高,可以解决类似问题;本实用新型在原来的基础上大大提高效率,降低了热压机的能量损耗,降低电容因温度过高而导致失效的机率,从根源解决散热不均、散热过慢的问题,从而提高母排的以及整个模块的性能。

如图1与图2所示,本实用新型“集成散热板的电容叠层母排”,包括正极板1、负极板2、绝缘膜A3、绝缘膜B4、绝缘膜C5和散热板6;其特征在于:所述正极板1两面设有绝缘膜B4和绝缘膜C5;所述负极板2设在绝缘膜B4的一侧;所述绝缘膜A3设在负极板2的另一侧;所述散热板6设在绝缘膜A4的另一侧;所述正极板1、负极板2和散热板6的安装是通过绝缘膜A3、绝缘膜B4和绝缘膜C5紧密的粘合。
如图1和图2所示:实施方式为:正极板1和负极板2在正常工作的情况下,利用散热板6使负极板2上的热量快速均匀的散去,从而使得母排的温升下降。对电容的使用性能得到显著的提高,这种集成散热板的电容叠层母排解决了因母排温升过高而导致电容失效的问题;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成散热板的电容叠层母排,其特征在于:所述正极板、负极板和散热板的安装是通过绝缘膜A、绝缘膜B和绝缘膜C紧密的粘合。
