Abstract

本发明公开了一种蓄电池散热板,包括基板和若干排列的散热单元,散热单元是由2~4片散热片组成并在底部通过横梁相连,对应每个散热单元底部的横梁设有支撑筋。本发明的蓄电池散热板可有效降低电池表面的温度,散热单元底部的支撑筋与基板之间形成散热空间,散热单元的散热片通过热传递和大面积与空气接触,增加散热效果,同时散热单元上面的连接件增强整体的稳固性。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动汽车制造领域,具体地说涉及一种蓄电池散热板。
背景技术
电动汽车是汽车制造领域的新兴产业,通过蓄电池进行供电,在运行过程中,蓄电池持续充放电,表面温度增加,对蓄电池的效率和使用寿命影响很大。目前通过在蓄电池两侧添加传统的散热板已经无法满足大型蓄电池长时间使用的要求。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种适用于大型蓄电池有效散热的蓄电池散热板。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明的一种蓄电池散热板,包括基板和若干排列的散热单元,所述散热单元是由2~4片散热片组成并在底部通过横梁相连,对应每个散热单元底部的横梁设有支撑筋。
由于一个散热单元的稳固性不是很好,所述相邻的散热单元邻近的散热片上端相连。通过上端相连使若干散热单元形成一个整体。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述散热单元由3片散热片组成。
有益效果:本发明的蓄电池散热板可有效降低电池表面的温度,散热单元底部的支撑筋与基板之间形成散热空间,散热单元的散热片通过热传递和大面积与空气接触,增加散热效果,同时散热单元上面的连接件增强整体的稳固性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明的一种蓄电池散热板,包括基板1和若干排列的散热单元2,散热单元2是由2~4片散热片3组成并在底部通过横梁4相连(本事实例中优选为3个散热片3),对应每个散热单元2底部的横梁4设有支撑筋5。由于一个散热单元2的稳固性不是很好,相邻的散热单元2邻近的散热片3上端相连形成连接件6,通过上端相连使若干散热单元形成一个整体。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种蓄电池散热板,其特征在于:该散热板包括基板和若干排列的散热单元,所述散热单元是由2~4片散热片组成并在底部通过横梁相连,对应每个散热单元底部的横梁设有支撑筋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄电池散热板,其特征在于:所述相邻的散热单元邻近的散热片上端相连。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种蓄电池散热板,其特征在于:所述散热单元由3片散热片组成。
