Description
一种装运、储存粉状物料的集装箱，目前散装的粉状物料，如水泥、面粉、矿石粉、化肥等大多采用纸袋、布袋、塑料高分子复合材料袋等包装运输，或专用散装车运输，袋装运输容易破损、受潮，运输破损率达30％以上，尤其是水泥，由于产量大、销售广，损失更为惊人，现用的散装粉料专用车，受各种条件所限，大量应用效益不高。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种用于装运散装粉料的专用集装箱，代替包装袋和专用车，减少包装材料损耗，节约材料，提高储运效率，并降低劳动强度，增加经济效益。
本实用新型设计的散装粉料集装箱的特征是在封闭的立方箱体顶部有装料口〔1〕，箱体内下部容器为漏斗状园锥体。下端为卸料口〔11〕。从集装箱顶部的装料口〔1〕装入物料，打开卸料口的阀门，粉料靠重力作用自动卸出。

下面结合附图说明，散装粉料集装箱由装料口〔1〕、框架〔2〕、加强箍〔3〕、支撑杆〔4〕、箱体〔5〕、底座加强支撑杆〔6〕、面板〔7〕、底支撑架吊环〔8〕、防尘罩板〔9〕、门框〔10〕、卸料口〔11〕、卸料阀〔12〕和门〔13〕组成。粉状物料从装料口〔1〕进入，装进箱体〔5〕，利用园锥形箱体的锥角，物料可从卸料口〔11〕卸出， 由卸料阀控制流量的大小，集装箱可根据装运粉料的需要选择箱体的形状和大小。
本实用新型设计的散装粉料集装箱，结构简单，造价低廉，制造方便，经济效益好，易于推广使用。
