 本实用新型涉及到定位装置领域，是一种用于晶片双向定位加紧的装置。
背景技术
在小型音叉晶体生产领域，晶片成型后要测量它们频率的大小，必须先将晶片固定放好在平台上，以前四边靠定位销限位，由于晶片外形存在误差造成定位不准。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种用于晶片双向定位加紧的装置。由真空底板、两侧定位销、两侧探针顶紧装置三部分组成；由气缸带动顶紧装置推晶片到位顶紧。          
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种用于晶片双向定位加紧的装置，其特征是在真空底板上安装有上左定位销和上右定位销，左面安装有左下定位销和左上定位销；在真空底板右上安装有右上探针顶紧装置和右下探针顶紧装置，下面安装有下右探针顶紧装置和下左探针顶紧装置。
由于采用了上述技术方案，其结构简单，节约了人力，提高了生产效率，降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
在图1中，真空底板3上安装有上左定位销1和上右定位销2，左面安装有左下定位销8和左上定位销9；在真空底板3右上安装有右上探针顶紧装置4和右下探针顶紧装置5，下面安装有下右探针顶紧装置6和下左探针顶紧装置7。
实施例，将晶片放置于真空底板3上，手动靠近左方与上方定位销，然后气缸带动下方探针顶紧装置压紧晶片，最后是气缸带动右边探针顶紧装置压紧晶片。
