本实用新型涉及汽车照明技术领域,更具体的是涉及一种汽车前照灯的灯芯结构。
背景技术
汽车灯,为保证安全行车而安装在汽车上的交通灯,分照明灯和信号灯两类。前照灯是照明灯的一种,主要用途是照明车前的道路和物体,确保行车安全;还可以利用远光、近光交替变幻作为夜间超车信号。前照灯安装在汽车头部的两侧,每辆车装2只或4只。灯泡功率为远光灯45-60W,近光灯25-55W。目前,大部分汽车上安装的前照灯都是采用卤素灯,又称卤钨灯,在结构上由泡壳、灯头、遮光罩、公共极钼丝、近光极钼丝、远光极钼丝、玻桥等组成,玻桥的作用是用于固定公共极钼丝、近光极钼丝、远光极钼丝,防止电极之间因相互接触或相隔距离过小而产生不良电弧放电。目前,市面上的前照灯的玻桥直径为2.5mm左右,体积大,重量重。由于玻桥是依靠公共极钼丝、近光极钼丝、远光极钼丝悬置于泡壳内的,作为支撑的钼丝直径都比较小,除了灯丝、遮光罩等负载外,还要支撑玻桥这一重负载,因而,汽车稍有震动钼丝也会受到影响,同时产生震动。在灯正常工作状态下,卤气在高温工作时对灯丝能起到保护作用,但是,若钼丝不停的震动,就会影响卤气对灯丝高温工作时的保护。目前,在一般路况环境下,因汽车震动而使灯泡寿命缩短高达20%;对于山地等道路状况,会更为明显。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足而提供的一种结构简单,能降低成本,提高抗震性能的汽车前照灯的灯芯结构。
本实用新型是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:一种汽车前照灯的灯芯结构,包括泡壳、灯头、遮光罩、公共极钼丝、近光极钼丝、远光极钼丝、近光灯丝、远光灯丝和玻璃芯桥,公共极钼丝、近光极钼丝、远光极钼丝穿过并固定在玻璃芯桥上,远光灯丝连接于远光极钼丝与公共极钼丝之间,近光灯丝连接于近光极钼丝与公共极钼丝之间,其特征在于,所述公共极钼丝设置在遮光罩的背部作为遮光罩的支撑,近光灯丝的一端通过遮光罩与公共极钼丝连接,玻璃芯桥的直径为1.8-2.2mm。
作为上述方案的进一步详述,所述遮光罩呈勺形,立于泡壳内,近光灯丝立于遮光罩的勺形开口的上下边缘之间。
所述遮光罩的上部边缘向上延伸为焊接部,近光灯丝的上端焊接在焊接部上,下端横向弯折后再与近光极钼丝的端部连接。
所述远光灯丝立于遮光罩的下方,远光灯丝的上、下端分别设置有与水平面成0-30度夹角的连接端头,上连接端头与公共极钼丝连接,下端端头与远光极钼丝连接。
所述玻璃芯桥由左右侧玻璃杆熔接而成,公共极钼丝、近光极钼丝、远光极钼丝夹紧于左右侧玻璃杆之间。
本实用新型采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型采用在公共极钼丝在遮光罩的背部作为遮光罩的支撑,近光灯丝的一端通过遮光罩与公共极钼丝连接,并采用直径为1.8-2.2mm的玻璃芯桥,能将其重量降低至现有的75%左右,在车辆运动时,抗震性相对提高20%以上,而且,由于玻璃芯桥的体积减少,会相对减少材料,在点灯过程中热量的损耗减少25%左右,而且相对提高25%左右的光通量。
2、本实用新型的玻璃芯桥由左右侧玻璃杆熔接而成,公共极钼丝、近光极钼丝、远光极钼丝夹紧于左右侧玻璃杆之间,结构牢固,生产工艺简单。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型一种汽车前照灯的灯芯结构,包括泡壳1、灯头2、遮光罩3、公共极钼丝4、远光极钼丝5、近光极钼丝6、远光灯丝7、近光灯丝8和玻璃芯桥9,公共极钼丝4、远光极钼丝5、近光极钼丝6穿过并固定在玻璃芯桥9上,近光灯丝8连接于近光极钼丝6与公共极钼丝4之间,远光灯丝7连接于远光极钼丝5与公共极钼丝4之间,公共极钼丝4设置在遮光罩3的背部作为遮光罩的支撑,近光灯丝8的一端通过遮光罩3与公共极钼丝4连接,玻璃芯桥9的直径为1.8-2.2mm,本实施例取2mm。遮光罩3呈勺形,立于泡壳1内,近光灯丝8立于遮光罩3的勺形开口的上下边缘之间。遮光罩3的上部边缘向上延伸为焊接部3-1,近光灯丝6的上端焊接在焊接部3-1上,下端横向弯折后再与近光极钼丝6的端部连接。遮光罩3的背部设置有凸筋3-2,公共极钼丝4焊接在凸筋3-2上。
远光灯丝7立于遮光罩的下方,远光灯丝7的上、下端分别设置有与水平面成15度夹角的连接端头7-1、7-2,上连接端头7-1与公共极钼丝4连接,下端端头7-2与远光极钼丝5连接。玻璃芯桥9由左右侧玻璃杆9-1、9-2熔接而成,公共极钼丝、近光极钼丝、远光极钼丝夹紧于左右侧玻璃杆之间。
本实用新型采用直径为1.8-2.2mm的玻璃芯桥,与传统直径为2.5mm以上的玻璃芯桥相比,节省材料和加工成本的5%,提高抗震性20%以上,即使汽车在路况复杂的环境下行驶,也能保证灯丝在高温状态下,能收到卤素气体对钨的蒸发起到保护剂补偿作用,不会因汽车震动而缩短灯泡的寿命,能满足对照明设备要求较高的赛车、山地车等经常在路况复杂环境下行驶的汽车的需求。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车前照灯的灯芯结构,其特征在于,所述遮光罩呈勺形,立于泡壳内,近光灯丝立于遮光罩的勺形开口的上下边缘之间。
