背景技术
生物质燃料的制备需要多种机械设备,主要有粉碎机、烘干机,搅拌混合机,挤压成型机,包装机等。既有成套流水线,也有单台组合使用。原料可以是木屑、锯末、竹末、树叶、玉米秸、花生皮、葵花子皮等谷壳。现有的烘干机结构设计不合理,不能满足要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种生物质原料烘干机,利用裂解设备加热过程中产生的余热尾气为热源,不增加其他热能,物料靠势能运动,无需其他动力,余热利用率达到80-90%。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
生物质原料烘干机,包括有烘干筒,烘干筒上端、下端分别设有进料机,进料机上设有伸入到烘干筒上端的加料管,加料管内壁上设有交错排布的分料板,烘干筒内设有多个扩散器、集料器,烘干筒上端、下端侧壁上开有尾气进口、尾气出口。
所述的扩散器与集料器组合成一体。
本实用新型物料由输送机送至烘干机顶部,进入烘干机。由分料板将物料打开、分散,蓬松的物料经扩料器扩散,沿周边下滑至集料器,该过程物料由集中至分散,又由分散至集中,完成了一次与尾气地热交换过程。如此过程在烘干机内将反复5次。最终由出料机输出,余热尾气由进口自下而上通过烘干机由出口进入烟道排放。整个过程遵循热交换原理,提高导热率。

参见附图,生物质原料烘干机,包括有烘干筒1,烘干筒1上端、下端分别设有进料机2,进料机2上设有伸入到烘干筒1上端的加料管3,加料管3内壁上设有交错排布的分料板4,烘干筒1内设有多个扩散器5、集料器6,扩散器5与集料器6组合成一体,烘干筒1上端、下端侧壁上开有尾气进口7、尾气出口8。
该设备是利用裂解设备加热过程中产生的余热尾气为热源。不增加其他热能。物料靠势能运动,无需其他动力。余热利用率达到80-90%。尾气与需要烘干的生物质原料直接接触,并利用设备内部结构最大程度地増加物料与尾气的接触面积,使物料迅速增加温度。从而使物料内部的水分蒸发,物料温度上升。
当入烘干机原料含水率在12%左右,余热尾气温度达到500℃时。经过约3-5秒,物料在烘干机内部利用自身重力自上而下的走完行程。此时物料温度将达到130-140℃、含水率下降至3-4%。余热尾气温度下降至50℃。

1.生物质原料烘干机,包括有烘干筒,其特征在于:烘干筒上端、下端分别设有进料机,进料机上设有伸入到烘干筒上端的加料管,加料管内壁上设有交错排布的分料板,烘干筒内设有多个扩散器、集料器,烘干筒上端、下端侧壁上开有尾气进口、尾气出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物质原料烘干机,其特征在于:所述的扩散器与集料器组合成一体。
