本实用新型公开了一种弹簧式套筒双座调节阀,包括阀体(1)、阀座、阀芯(3)、阀杆(4),所述阀座包括装在阀体与阀芯下端之间的下阀座(10),在所述阀芯的上端依次装有上阀座(11)、压盘(5),且在该压盘内、并在上阀座与压盘之间处装有弹簧(6)。本实用新型将阀体与阀芯之间的上、下密封面分为两节固定在阀芯上,其上密封通过在压盘和上阀座之间加装一组弹簧,借用弹簧的预紧力来调整上密封的位置,使上密封能自动调节整体密封的吻合度,保证了上、下阀座与阀体能同时密封,提高了调节阀的密封性能,并提升了其安全性能。

本发明涉及一种阀门,具体是涉及一种双座调节阀。
技术背景
目前,在现代化工厂的自动控制中,调节阀起着十分重要的作用,调节阀的密封性能直接影响着整个管道控制系统的使用效果。行业内生产使用的套筒双座调节阀的硬密封结构采用上、下分体阀座方式,该结构要求加工精度高,装配时上、下阀座与阀芯的密封面难以同时配合、同时兼顾,导致其密封等级不够高(只达到国标GB/T4213-2008III级),往往满足不了客户的高要求,具有一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足,而提供一种阀座与阀芯之间的上、下密封面能同时具有较高密封性的弹簧式套筒双座调节阀。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案来实现:弹簧式套筒双座调节阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀芯、阀杆,所述阀座包括装在阀体与阀芯下端之间的下阀座,在所述阀芯的上端依次装有上阀座、压盘,且在该压盘内、并在上阀座与压盘之间处装有弹簧。
采用本发明后,将阀体与阀芯之间的上、下密封面分为两节固定在阀芯上,其上密封通过在压盘和上阀座之间加装一组弹簧,借用弹簧的预紧力来调整上密封的位置,使上密封能自动调节整体密封的吻合度,保证了上、下阀座与阀体能同时密封。此不仅解决了因加工精度不高,导致上下阀座与阀芯密封面难以同时密封的问题,且提高了调节阀的密封性能,密封可达到V级泄漏,并提升了其安全性能。

具体实施方式
参照附图1,本发明弹簧式套筒双座调节阀,包括阀体1、阀座、阀芯3、阀杆4(及阀盖2,在该阀体1内、并在阀芯3的外围装有上下设置的平衡缸8与套筒7),所述阀座包括装在阀体1与阀芯3下端之间的下阀座10,在所述阀芯3的上端依次装有(相互紧靠的)上阀座11(在下)、压盘5(在上),且在该压盘5内、并在上阀座11与压盘5之间处装有弹簧6(圆柱形)。
其中,在阀杆4的上部与阀盖2之间还装有填料压板14、填料压套15及填料16。套筒7与平衡缸8之间装有垫片9(石棉)。所述上阀座11紧靠阀芯3、平衡缸8与套筒7之间以形成密封面17。
所述阀芯3与上阀座11之间装有密封垫12(石墨),所述压盘5通过螺钉13装在阀芯3上,以再次加强该调节阀的密封性能。根据现场管道工况内使用的压力不同,可以调整弹簧6的数量和预紧力来满足密封等级要求。无论该调节阀内的介质流向是上进下出还是下进上出,其密封性能都能达到GB/T4213-2008水压V级泄漏要求,即:其硬密封密封等级按GB/T4213-2008要求,在0.28MPa水压下密封达到V级泄漏。

1.弹簧式套筒双座调节阀,包括阀体(1)、阀座、阀芯(3)、阀杆(4),其特征在于:所述阀座包括装在阀体(1)与阀芯(3)下端之间的下阀座(10),在所述阀芯(3)的上端依次装有上阀座(11)、压盘(5),且在该压盘(5)内、并在上阀座(11)与压盘(5)之间处装有弹簧(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的弹簧式套筒双座调节阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯(3)与上阀座(11)之间装有密封垫(12),所述压盘(5)通过螺钉(13)装在阀芯(3)上。
