背景技术
  在化工生产过程中，经常要在流体管道上安装过滤器，用来过滤流体中的固体颗粒，随着固体颗粒在滤芯上沉积的越来越多，将逐渐堵塞滤芯，造成过滤器阻力上升，流体流动不畅，此时，就必须更换滤芯；现有的过滤器更换滤芯的方法有两种：一是截断流体后更换滤芯，结果造成部分生产系统临时停产；二是预先配置旁通管道，需要更换滤芯时流体走旁通管道，结果是至少还要增加三只阀门和部分旁通管道，造成资源浪费并占用大量的空间。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种滤芯过滤器，在不需生产系统停产的情况下，可方便更换滤芯，也不必增加旁通管道。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种滤芯过滤器，它包括压杆、阀体上盖、密封填料、填料压盖、滤芯、滤网、压块和阀体下盖，所述的阀体、阀体上盖和阀体下盖固定连接，滤芯设置在阀体内，在阀体与滤芯间设置有密封衬套，所述的压杆一端插入滤芯通过压块压紧，压杆另一端穿过阀体与阀体上盖螺纹连接，所述的压杆与阀体接触处设置密封填料，填料压盖压紧密封调料，所述的滤网固定设置在滤芯内，所述的阀体开有过滤流道和旁通流道，过滤流道和旁通流道呈十字交叉。
所述的阀体和阀芯都呈锥形，锥度为1:20。
正常使用时，水经过滤通道过滤，需要更换过滤网时，只要松动压杆，转动阀芯90度，再压紧压杆，此时流体介质从阀体进口流入，通过阀芯的旁通流道，再从出口流出，在确保压杆压紧，流体正常流动后，再打开阀体两端的清理孔盖，取出里面的过滤网进行清理或直接更换。完成清理或更换滤网工作后，封闭清理孔盖，再松动压杆，转动阀芯90度后压紧压杆，此时过滤器再次进入正常使用状态。
本实用新型结构简单，不需停产即可方便更换滤芯，提高了生产效率。

    参见附图，一种滤芯过滤器，它包括压杆1、阀体上盖2、阀体3、密封衬套4、密封填料7、填料压盖6、滤芯8、滤网9、压块10和阀体下盖5，所述的阀体、阀体上盖和阀体下盖固定连接，滤芯设置在阀体内，在阀体与滤芯间设置有密封衬套，所述的压杆一端插入滤芯通过压块压紧，压杆另一端穿过阀体与阀体上盖螺纹连接，所述的压杆与阀体接触处设置密封填料，填料压盖压紧密封调料，所述的滤网固定设置在滤芯内，所述的阀体开有过滤流道12和旁通流道11，过滤流道和旁通流道呈十字交叉。
