背景技术
蜂蜜是一种胶状液体，含糖量高，现有养蜂条件所产原蜜含水量大，易发酵变质，不便于贮存和运输，因此原蜜大多要进行浓缩加工。目前常见的蜂蜜预处理为对蜂蜜进行过滤后进行真空浓缩，靠真空系统实现原蜜由原蜜罐到过滤器，经常发生滤网堵塞，流量不均匀等问题，从而造成生茶不稳定。此外，现有的蜂蜜预处理后的固体杂质较高，给蜂蜜后处理带来不便。

本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题，提供一种蜂蜜生产过程中原蜜预处理系统。

本实用新型蜂蜜生产过程中原蜜预处理系统，包括依次连接的原蜜罐2，一级过滤器4、蒸发器6和二级过滤器7，在原蜜罐2和一级过滤器4之间设有齿轮泵3，在一级过滤器4和蒸发器6之间设有缓冲罐5。在原蜜罐前面设有初级过滤器1。
由养蜂厂过来的原蜜首先通过初级过滤器1过滤，除去原蜜中较大的固体杂质，进入原蜜罐2，然后通过齿轮泵3输送经过一级过滤器4过滤后到缓冲罐5，然后进入蒸发器器6蒸发多余水分，蒸发器出料口出来的料液经过二级过滤器7再次过滤，过滤后进入成品罐8，实现原蜜预处理。

1.一种蜂蜜生产过程中原蜜预处理系统，其特征在于：包括依次连接的原蜜罐，一级过滤器、蒸发器和二级过滤器，在原蜜罐和一级过滤器之间设有齿轮泵，在一级过滤器和蒸发器之间设有缓冲罐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的原蜜预处理系统，其特征在于：在原蜜罐前面设有初级过滤器。
