(二)背景技术：
本申请人公司一条滴眼液灌装机自动生产线中，包括滴眼液的配制和滴眼液的灌装。所述滴眼液的配制主要于配药罐中进行，配置好的滴眼液经过滤后泵入药液缓冲罐等待罐装。
所述的滴眼液过滤，其目的在于在常温状态下除掉滴眼液中的细菌，为提高可靠性，采用的是二次过滤；但实际情况是由于过滤次数太少，造成二次过滤的负担重，药液过滤速度慢，制约了滴眼液灌装机自动生产线的生产速度。
(三)实用新型内容：
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提出了一种有效提高生产效率的滴眼液灌装生产线过滤系统。
能够解决上述技术问题的滴眼液灌装生产线过滤系统，其技术方案包括设于配药罐与药液缓冲罐之间输送管道上的过滤装置，与现有技术不同的是所述过滤装置为三个依次对滴眼液进行过滤的过滤器，第一个过滤器的滤膜孔径为0.45μm(微米)，其余两个过滤器的滤膜孔径均为0.22μm(微米)。
所述过滤器选用聚偏二氟乙烯过滤器。
本实用新型的有益效果：
本实用新型滴眼液灌装生产线过滤系统采用三个过滤器组成的过滤装置，既满足滴眼液生产的除菌要求，又可分散每次的过滤负担，有效提高了滴眼液灌装机自动生产线的生产速度。

本实用新型滴眼液灌装生产线过滤系统包括三个依次对滴眼液进行过滤的过滤器4，第一个过滤器的滤膜孔径设定为0.45μm，其余两个过滤器4的滤膜孔径均设定为0.22μm。
滴眼液灌装生产线中，配制好的滴眼液从配药罐1通过输送管道3泵压至药液缓冲罐2，三个过滤器4以串联的方式接通于输送管道3中，如图1所示。
所述过滤器选用聚偏二氟乙烯过滤器。
所述配药罐1中的药液依次经过第一个过滤器4(其作用在于除去药液中的颗粒)、第二个过滤器4(其作用在于除菌)和第三个过滤器4(其作用在于对前级除菌的保证)的过滤后，泵入药液缓冲罐2内等待罐装。
