技术方案：本实用新型所述的一种中草药提取、过滤、浓缩、结晶一体化装置，包括提取罐、过滤器、物料缓冲罐、浓缩器以及结晶罐，所述提取罐的底部通过管道与所述过滤器的底部连通，所述过滤器的顶部通过管道与所述物料缓冲罐连通，所述物料缓冲罐的底部通过管道与所述浓缩器连通，所述浓缩器的输出端通过管道与所述结晶罐连通，所述过滤器采用布袋过滤，所述浓缩器还包括冷凝器、浓缩料液接收罐、回收溶剂接收罐。
作为优化，所述提取罐与过滤器之间设有物料泵。
作为优化，所述浓缩器的输出端通过泵连接至结晶罐。
作为优化，所述提取罐包括搅拌装置，搅拌转速为0-600转/分钟。

如图1所示的一种中草药提取、过滤、浓缩、结晶一体化装置，包括提取罐1、过滤器3、物料缓冲罐4、浓缩器5以及结晶罐6，提取罐1的底部通过管道与过滤器3的底部连通，过滤器3的顶部通过管道与物料缓冲罐4连通，物料缓冲罐4的底部通过管道与浓缩器5连通，所述浓缩器5的输出端通过管道与所述结晶罐6连通，提取罐1与过滤器3之间设有物料泵2，浓缩器5的输出端通过泵连接至结晶罐6，过滤器3采用布袋过滤，过滤的网目为200-300目。浓缩器5还包括冷凝器、浓缩料液接收罐、回收溶剂接收罐。提取罐1还包括搅拌装置，搅拌转速为0-600转/分钟。
本一体化装置的操作流程如下：将药材和提取溶剂加入到提取罐中，提取结束，通过物料泵，将物料打入过滤器中过滤，过滤结束，滤液抽入物料缓冲罐中，再将滤液自缓冲罐中抽入浓缩器进行浓缩，浓缩至比重为1.2～1.5，用泵将浓缩液打入结晶罐中结晶。
本实用新型的一套中草药提取、过滤、浓缩、结晶一体化装置，由于操作方便，实验周期短，物料处于密闭的系统中，产品质量稳定。

1.一种中草药提取、过滤、浓缩、结晶一体化装置，其特征在于：包括提取罐（1）、过滤器（3）、物料缓冲罐（4）、浓缩器（5）以及结晶罐（6），所述提取罐（1）的底部通过管道与所述过滤器（3）的底部连通，所述过滤器（3）的顶部通过管道与所述物料缓冲罐（4）连通，所述物料缓冲罐（4）的底部通过管道与所述浓缩器（5）连通，所述浓缩器（5）的输出端通过管道与所述结晶罐（6）连通，所述过滤器（3）采用布袋过滤，所述浓缩器（5）还包括冷凝器、浓缩料液接收罐、回收溶剂接收罐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中草药提取、过滤、浓缩、结晶一体化装置，其特征在于：所述提取罐（1）与过滤器（3）之间设有物料泵（2）。
