Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种断路器，包括本体，在本体的底面上设置有由金属带弯制而成的卡扣，在本体的底面上设有与卡扣的内表面相对应的磁铁，卡扣的内表面上粘有橡胶层，所述橡胶层上设有多个突起部。通过设置卡扣能够将断路器方便的挂接在电气箱内的支架上，在本体的底面上设置磁条，能够对支架进行吸引，能够提高断路器连接的稳定性和可靠性，避免其随意晃动，同时，由于采用卡扣连接，其拆卸十分方便；设置橡胶层能够通过橡胶层的弹性变形而增加对支架的挤压力，提高连接的可靠性；橡胶层上设置多个突起部，能够进一步提高挤压力。

背景技术
断路器用于切断或连通连路，它与开关相比，内部设置了防短路和限流装置，安全性较高，因此在楼宇电路和各种电气设备中应用广泛。现有的断路器的底面上设置有挂槽或燕尾槽，在使用时，用钢板制成的支架穿过该燕尾槽或挂钩，将断路器悬挂在电气箱中。如果在其底部设置燕尾槽，那么如果拆卸其中的一个断路器时，必须将所有的断路器拆下，才能将中间的断路器抽出，而且采用挂钩，断路器安装可靠性不高，限制了它的适用场合。

为解决现有技术中存在的不足，本实用新型提供了一种断路器，拆装方便，连接可靠。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的断路器，包括本体，在本体的底面上设置有由金属带弯制而成的卡扣，在本体的底面上设有与卡扣的内表面相对应的磁铁。
作为对本实用新型的限定，卡扣的内表面上粘有橡胶层。
作为对本实用新型的进一步限定，所述橡胶层上设有多个突起部。
采用上述技术方案，其有益效果如下：通过设置卡扣能够将断路器方便的挂接在电气箱内的支架上，在本体的底面上设置磁条，能够对支架进行吸引，能够提高断路器连接的稳定性和可靠性，避免其随意晃动，同时，由于采用卡扣连接，其拆卸十分方便；设置橡胶层能够通过橡胶层的弹性变形而增加对支架的挤压力，提高连接的可靠性；橡胶层上设置多个突起部，能够进一步提高挤压力。

如图1所示，本实施例公开了一种断路器，其本体1的底面2上设置有由金属带弯制而成的卡扣3，在本体1的底面2上设有与卡扣3的内表面相对应的磁铁4。卡扣3的内表面上粘有橡胶层，橡胶层上设有多个突起部5。将卡扣3扣在电气箱的支架时，磁铁4与该支架想吸引，橡胶层上的突起部5也与支架接触，向其施加压力，能够保证本体1稳固的连接在电气箱的支架上，要取下断路器时，只需向上提本体1，就能将其从电气箱内的支架上摘下。
