在气温低于零度时，电缆表面易结冰，线路覆冰过厚，会使杆塔机械荷重过载而折断。会大大降低绝缘性能。当悬垂绝缘子串覆冰溶化时，可能形成冰柱，使绝缘子串短路，造成接地事故。

本实用新型目的在于针对以上问题，提供一种避免电缆表面结冰的发热架空钢芯铝绞线。
