本实用新型涉及一种真空吹扫装置。
背景技术
目前在进行聚酯切片生产时，聚酯料条水分含量高，而且吸水器只能清除料条中60％左右的水分，之前再经过罐体的循环以后，成品料还是含有很多水分，影响产品质量。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、使用方便的真空吹扫装置。
本实用新型的真空吹扫装置，包括真空风机，所述真空风机的出风口通过法兰连接风管，风管的右侧向上弯折90度，风管向上弯折部分的侧壁上设有若干均匀分布的吹扫气孔，风管的顶端封闭。
与现有技术相比本实用新型的有益效果为：本实用新型的真空吹扫装置结构简单，采用真空风机和风管作为吹扫装置，吹扫效果好，经过真空风机的吹扫后，料条的水量能够控制在很小范围内，干燥效果好，能够提供产品的质量。
