本实用新型涉及一种处理污水材料，尤其涉及一种悬浮生物填料改进结构；属于污水处理材料。
背景技术
悬浮生物填料是一种广泛用于污水处理设备的一种填料，由塑料制成，可悬浮于水中。它不仅能截留水体中的悬浮颗粒，而且还能吸附水体中的微生物、通过微生物的繁殖形成生物膜而达到净化污水的目的。目前，生物悬浮填料主要呈镂空的球形结构、或端面呈蜘蛛网状的套筒结构、或者为杂乱的钢丝球结构；虽然吸附微生物、挂膜、以及截留悬浮颗粒效果较好，但存在制造麻烦、成本高，不易清洗、循环使用次数少等缺陷。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺陷，本实用新型旨在提供一种制造简单方便、容易清洗的悬浮生物填料改进结构。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：它包括填料本体，填料本体为片状结构，该填料本体的表面分布有绒毛。
与现有技术比较，本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案，将原来呈镂空球形结构、或端面呈蜘蛛网状的套筒结构的填料本体改为了片状结构，并在该片状结构的填料本体表面采用拉毛机制造产生绒毛；因此填料本体的表面更大，吸附水体中的微生物、挂膜、以及截留悬浮颗粒的效果更好。另外，本实用新型具有制造容易、清洗方便、循环使用的次数多、使用和制造成本低等优点。

如图1所示：填料本体1为片状结构，该填料本体的表面分布有绒毛2。
将图1与图2、图3进行比较不难看出，球形悬浮生物填料或套筒式悬浮生物填料结构复杂，制造和清洗比较困难；而本实用新型结构比较简单，因此制造和清洗都比较方便，且表面积大，容易吸附微生物，挂膜和截留悬浮颗粒的效果好。
