本实用新型涉及一种轴承球体,特别涉及一种氮化硅陶瓷轴承球。 
背景技术
目前的轴承一般采用钢球,由于钢球的密度高,在高速运转时,离心力大,造成滚道负载高,缩短了轴承的使用寿命。另外现有的钢球没有自润滑功能,因此在干摩擦等苛刻的环境下使用寿命短。再者现有的钢球轴承无法在无绝缘环境下工作。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于针对现有轴承钢球所存在的问题而提供一种氮化硅陶瓷轴承球。 
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实现: 
一种氮化硅陶瓷轴承球,其采用氮化硅粉末经热等静压烧结工艺烧结而成,其表面分布有许多不规则细小的静音凹坑,该氮化硅陶瓷轴承球的球直径变动量0.13~5VDWs,球形误差为0.08~2.5Rw,表面粗糙度0.010~0.1Ra。 
本实用新型的氮化硅陶瓷轴承球与钢球相比,具有如下优点: 
1、寿命长:由于氮化硅陶瓷球密度低(约为钢球的40%),在高速运转时,离心力小,滚道负载降低,从而大大增加其使用寿命,混合陶瓷球轴承为普通钢制轴承寿命的4~6倍。 
2、自润滑:氮化硅陶瓷轴承球具有一定的自润滑功能,因此在干摩擦等苛刻恶劣的环境下据较长的使用寿命并将低维护难度。 
3、高转速、低噪声:由于氮化硅陶瓷球具有高耐磨,低摩擦系数、低膨胀及轻质等特点,在应用中陶瓷球轴承可达到更高的转速,其极限转速是普通钢质轴承的2~3倍,应用于高速高精度数控机床,电主轴等领域。 
4、耐腐蚀:由于氮化硅陶瓷具有天然的耐腐蚀功能,全陶瓷轴承能在 强酸、强碱、盐等腐蚀环境下工作。 
5、耐高温:氮化硅陶瓷球可在1000℃环境下工作。 
6、无磁、电绝缘:氮化硅陶瓷球具有无磁、电绝缘功能,可在要求无磁、绝缘环境下工作。
