本实用新型公开了一种夹套水冷壁水煤浆气化炉,气化炉气化室炉壁为环形水夹套结构,对应环形水夹套底部的炉体外壁上装设一环形进水联箱,环形进水联箱上径向均匀分布有与环形水夹套相通的进水管。环形水夹套顶部蒸汽出口连接一蒸汽汽包,蒸汽汽包底部冷凝水出口接进水联箱入水口,蒸汽汽包顶部蒸汽出口接气化炉炉体下部合成气出口。夹套内水的汽化可不断带走炉内熔融态煤浆的热量,在炉壁上形成的渣层可有效保护水夹套不受高温的烧蚀。优于现有耐火砖型和膜式水管水冷壁气化炉,有效解决了目前水煤浆水冷壁气化炉存在的结构复杂、常更换衬里、运行成本较高、维修难度大等难题。

本实用新型涉及水煤浆气化炉。
技术背景
国内煤气化炉的结构形式从早期的固定床发展到流化床,其存在的同一缺陷为气化温度较低,碳转化率较低,一般低于90%,气化炉结构特点决定了难以大幅提高气化压力和温度。而气流床由于其气化温度、圧力能显著提高,因而使煤种的适应性进一步拓宽,特别是一些低活性煤种也可作为气化原料,因而发展前景看好。
从气流床气化炉内部结构来看,有耐火砖结构型和水冷壁结构型之分。耐火砖型气化炉因为炉内气化温度很高,耐火砖容易烧蚀,使用寿命短,因而须经常更换耐火砖,且仅能适用灰熔点较低的煤种,因而设备投资高,运行成本高。
水冷壁气化炉的水冷壁是炉壁内盘有螺旋状管,内充满流动冷却水,水的气化不断带走炉内因熔融态煤浆的热量,在水冷壁上形成渣层,另外在炉壁和水冷壁之间还通有氮气或二氧化碳气作为保护气,水冷壁和保护气保护炉壁不受高温的损伤,因而可适用灰熔点高达1600~1700℃的煤种,这种水冷壁耐火衬里气化炉具有的优点使其具有较好的推广前景。但这种结构水冷壁结构复杂,制造检修难度大。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种夹套水冷壁水煤浆气化炉,以克服现有技木存在的缺陷。
为实现本实用新型目的,这种夹套水冷壁水煤浆气化炉包括气化炉炉体,其特征是气化炉气化室炉壁为环形水夹套结构,对应环形水夹套底部的炉体外壁上装设一环形进水联箱,环形进水联箱上径向均匀分布有与环形水夹套相通的进水管。
所述环形水夹套顶部蒸汽出口连接一蒸汽汽包,蒸汽汽包底部冷凝水出口接进水联箱入水口,蒸汽汽包顶部蒸汽出口接气化炉炉体下部合成气出口。
本实用新型取得的技术进步:由于采用水夹套型的水煤浆气化炉结构,夹套内水的汽化可不断带走炉内熔融态煤浆的热量,且在炉壁上形成的渣层可有效保护水夹套不受高温的烧蚀。从投资、维护成本、以及对煤种适用性等方面远优于现有耐火砖型气化炉;相对于现有膜式水管水冷壁结构,本实用新型还有效解决了目前水煤浆水冷壁气化炉存在的结构复杂、常更换衬里、运行成本较高、维修难度大等难题,由于水夹套内为汽水混合物,将汽包蒸汽和合成气出口连通,使两者压力相同,则气化炉水夹套安全可靠。
环形水夹套顶部与蒸汽汽包通过汽水出口管连通;蒸汽汽包底部通过循环回水管和环形进水连箱连通,夹套内汽水进入蒸汽汽包,汽液分离后,冷凝水经进水联箱返回夹套底部循环利用。
蒸汽汽包与气化炉出口合成气出口通过管道连通,使水夹套的压力与气化炉汽化室压力相同。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,这种夹套水冷壁水煤浆气化炉包括气化炉炉体1,气化炉1气化室炉壁为环形水夹套结构,对应环形水夹套4的底部炉体1的外壁上装设一环形进水联箱2,环形进水联箱2上径向均匀分布有与环形水夹套4相通的进水管3。环形水夹套4顶部蒸汽出口连接一蒸汽汽包5,蒸汽汽包5底部冷凝水出口接进水联箱2的入水口,蒸汽汽包5顶部蒸汽出口接气化炉1炉体下部合成气出口。 
本实用新型在运行中,水夹套4中充满水,水的气化不断带走水夹套4内壁熔融态煤浆的热量,在水夹套4内壁上形成渣层,渣层保护气化炉1高压筒体不受高温的损伤。水夹套4内汽水进入蒸汽汽包5,汽水分离后,冷凝水通过汽水连接管经进水联箱2返回水夹套4内循环利用,蒸汽汽包5副产的蒸汽与气化炉1出口的合成气合并后进入后续合成工序,水夹套4与气化室6内压力相同,以确保水夹套4的安全运行。

1.一种夹套水冷壁水煤浆气化炉,它包括气化炉炉体,其特征是气化炉气化室炉壁为环形水夹套结构,对应环形水夹套底部的炉体外壁上装设一环形进水联箱,环形进水联箱上径向均匀分布有与环形水夹套相通的进水管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹套水冷壁水煤浆气化炉,其特征是所述环形水夹套顶部蒸汽出口连接一蒸汽汽包,蒸汽汽包底部冷凝水出口接进水联箱入水口,蒸汽汽包顶部蒸汽出口接气化炉炉体下部合成气出口。
