本实用新型涉及一种物料切割装置,特别是涉及一种二极管/三极管成品断料切割装置。
背景技术
    在二极管、三极管等元器件的生产过程中,需要对长条带状成品进行切割。现有的切割装置存在以下缺陷:(1)通常未设置出料装置对物料进行限位、矫形,在切割时无法保证物料紧贴切割垫块,切割效果差;(2)出料装置的夹缝设置成上下宽度相同,均为与物料厚度配合的宽度,入料口的宽度过窄,导致物料入料不顺畅,物料易受到磨损;(3)切刀结构复杂且成本高;(4)切刀未倾斜设置,切割过程中,切刀与带状物料相互平行,切割阻力较大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,成本低,切割效果良好的二极管/三极管成品断料切割装置,出料装置出料口处设置扁平、与物料厚度相配合的夹缝,起到限位和矫形作用,改善切割效果;切刀倾斜设置,切割时切刀与物料之间有锐角夹角,有效减小切割阻力。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:二极管/三极管成品断料切割装置,用于切割带状物料,它包括出料装置、切刀和驱动器,切刀平行设置于出料装置的下表面,切刀通过连接件与驱动器相连;出料装置靠近切刀的一侧为出料口,另一侧为入料口,出料装置由切割垫块和夹板组成,切割垫块与夹板之间设有夹缝,夹缝呈V形,靠近出料口的夹缝与物料的厚度相配合。 
作为优选,驱动器采用气缸,切刀通过连接件与气缸的活塞杆相连。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的切刀与切割垫块之间有夹角α,夹角α为锐角,角度取5°~30°较适宜。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1)结构简单,制造和使用成本低,
2)出料装置出料口处设置扁平、与物料厚度相配合的夹缝,可对物料起到限位和矫形作用,保证在切割时物料紧贴切割垫块,切割效果良好;
3)切刀倾斜设置,切割时切刀与物料之间有锐角夹角,可有效减小切割阻力;
4)夹缝设为V形,入料口处的夹缝宽度较宽,方便物料入料,物料不易受到磨损。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步详细描述本实用新型的技术方案,但本实用新型的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
如图1所示,二极管/三极管成品断料切割装置,用于切割带状物料5,它包括出料装置、切刀1和驱动器2,驱动器2选用气缸;切刀1平行设置于出料装置的下表面,切刀1通过连接件6与气缸的活塞杆相连;出料装置靠近切刀1的一侧为出料口,另一侧为入料口,出料装置由切割垫块3和夹板4组成,切割垫块3与夹板4之间设有夹缝7,夹缝7呈V形,上宽下窄,靠近出料口的夹缝7与物料5的厚度相配合。 
如图2所示,连接件6在驱动器2的作用下左右平移,带动切刀1整体左右平移,从而在切刀1与切割垫块3之间形成切割。切刀1与切割垫块3之间有夹角α,夹角α为锐角,角度取15°。使得在切割时,切刀1与物料5之间有小角度的夹角,而不是平行下刀,切割起来阻力更小。

1.二极管/三极管成品断料切割装置,用于切割带状物料(5),其特征在于:它包括出料装置、切刀(1)和驱动器(2),切刀(1)平行设置于出料装置的下表面,切刀(1)通过连接件(6)与驱动器(2)相连;出料装置靠近切刀(1)的一侧为出料口,另一侧为入料口,出料装置由切割垫块(3)和夹板(4)组成,切割垫块(3)与夹板(4)之间设有夹缝(7),夹缝(7)呈V形,靠近出料口的夹缝(7)与物料(5)的厚度相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二极管/三极管成品断料切割装置,其特征在于:所述的驱动器(2)为气缸,切刀(1)通过连接件(6)与气缸的活塞杆相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的二极管/三极管成品断料切割装置,其特征在于:所述的切刀(1)与切割垫块(3)之间有夹角α,夹角α为锐角。
