背景技术
切片机是切制薄而均匀组织片的机械，这样节省了原来人工切割的时间，使效率升高了，但切片机在切割的同时不能保证且出来的棉的厚度达到一致，降低了棉的质量。
实用新型内容
针对以上现有技术中存在的问题，本实用新型提供了一种切片机的限高装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种切片机的限高装置，所述切片机上设有横梁，所述横梁的两端分别设在切片机始端两边，所述横梁上设有挡板。
所述挡板设在横梁的中间位置。
所述挡板下部正对切片机的中部。
本实用新型的有益效果为：利用挡板与切片机之间的高度对切片机所切出来的棉的厚度进行检测，使最终切出来的棉的厚度能达到一致。为了让挡板的效果更为显著，挡板设在切片机的中上部。

以下结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
本实用新型提供一种切片机1的限高装置，如图1所示，切片机1上设有横梁2，横梁2上设有挡板3，这样就可以利用挡板3与切片机1之间的高度，限制切片机1所切出来的棉的厚度，当所切出的棉的厚度超过标准尺度或棉的内部与上下面有杂物时，挡板3就会阻碍棉的前进，这样使生产出来的棉的厚度就能达到一致。为了让挡板3的效果更为显著，挡板3设在横梁2的中间位置，具体为挡板3的下部正对切片机1的中部，挡板3与切片机1的中部距离一定的位置。
在本实用新型中，横梁2的具体位置为横梁2的两端分别设在切片机1始端两边，横梁2的两端可以固定在切片机1上，也可以做成可活动的，这样可以通过调节横梁2与切片机1始端的距离，来调节挡板3的位置。
本实用新型利用挡板3与切片机1之间的高度对切片机1所切出来的棉的厚度进行检测，使最终切出来的棉的厚度能达到一致。为了让挡板3的效果更为显著，挡板3设在切片机1的中上部。

1.一种切片机的限高装置，其特征在于所述切片机上设有横梁，所述横梁的两端分别设在切片机始端两边，所述横梁上设有挡板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切片机的限高装置，其特征在于所述挡板设在横梁的中间位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的切片机的限高装置，其特征在于所述挡板下部正对切片机的中部。
