背景技术：
现有铁水包体的结构是钢体内设有耐高温抗冲刷的复合层，当铁水包的容积较大而所要浇铸的零件小重量轻因而浇铸的时间较长，由于这种铁水包的保温性能低，导致钢水温度下降较快而影响浇铸的质量。
发明内容：
本实用新型目的是设计一种保温性能好的铁水包的包体结构。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是，一种铁水包的包体结构，包括钢壳及其内的复合层，其特征在于：在所述钢壳外从内到外依次增设有耐火砖层、保温棉层和钢壳层。所述保温层为保温棉层或珍珠岩层。
本实用新型与现有技术比较具有保温性能好的显著优点。

具体实施方式：
现有铁水包的结构在钢壳内只有耐高温抗冲刷的复合材料层，这种结构的保温性能较差。本实用新型在现有铁水包的钢壳2外增设耐火砖层3和保温棉层4或珍珠岩层，最外层为钢壳5。原铁水包的钢壳2和其内的复合层1不改变。

1.一种铁水包的包体结构，包括钢壳及其内的复合层，其特征在于：在所述钢壳外从内到外依次增设有耐火砖层、保温棉层和钢壳层。
