背景技术
现在市面上钢包中使用的耐火材料制件，大多数采用高纯铝镁质原料支撑，其成本较高，并且其密度大，制件重量较大，给钢包的砌筑工作带来很大的麻烦，而且搬运也不方便。另外，该原料保温性能差，砌筑后成型的设备不具备保温性能；如果需要保温则需另外砌筑，增大成本且工序麻烦。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种成本低、便于砌筑且具有保温性能的新型耐火砖。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种新型耐火砖，包括砖体，在所述砖体远离工作面的一端设置有凹槽，所述凹槽处紧密固定连接有带凸台的耐火保温层。
所述耐火保温层为轻质保温砖。
所述凹槽与所述凸台的尺寸相互吻合。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单，易于加工制造，成本低；具有良好的保温性能；凹槽与凸台组合固定，连接可靠，不会发生错位。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种新型耐火砖，包括砖体1，在砖体1远离工作面的一端设置有凹槽2，凹槽2处紧密固定连接有带凸台3的耐火保温层4。耐火保温层4为轻质保温砖。凹槽2与凸台3的尺寸相互吻合。
使用时，砖体1与耐火保温层4通过凹槽2与凸台3配合组装在一起，连接可靠，便于砌筑且成本低。

1.一种新型耐火砖，包括砖体，其特征在于，在所述砖体远离工作面的一端设置有凹槽，所述凹槽处紧密固定连接有带凸台的耐火保温层。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型耐火砖，其特征在于，所述耐火保温层为轻质保温砖。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的新型耐火砖，其特征在于，所述凹槽与所述凸台的尺寸相互吻合。
