技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑墙体材料,特别是属于一种具有复合保温效果的墙体砌块。
背景技术
目前,建筑墙体的保温结构主要有两种:硬泡聚氨酯外墙保温体系构造及聚苯板外墙保温体系构造。所谓硬泡聚氨酯外墙保温体系构造是在构建墙体基层后,在其表面依次附加硬泡聚氨酯保温层、聚氨酯界面砂浆、聚合物玻化微珠保温材料、抗裂砂浆粘贴耐碱网格布、弹性底涂料、柔性腻子、外墙涂料;所谓聚苯板外墙保温体系构造是在墙体基层表面依次附加界面砂浆、聚苯板、抗裂砂浆、耐碱网格布、弹性腻子、柔性腻子、外墙涂料。经实践证明,上述两种墙体保温构造的保温效果比较理想,但施工工序复杂,操作步骤多,工程造价高,其中所用的有机保温材料抗热性能差,高温状态下有效寿命短,而且聚氨酯喷吐易污染环境,聚苯板则粘附性差,容易脱落。

本实用新型的目的即在于提供一种新型的复合保温墙体砌块,以达到保温效果好、施工简便、工程造价低的目的。
本实用新型所公开的复合保温墙体砌块,其特征在于,以B05级轻质砂加气块为基础层,基础层上依次附加有轻质保温砂浆、抗裂砂浆、耐碱网格布及面层涂料。
本实用新型所提供的复合保温墙体砌块,构筑墙体后无需再做保温,节能环保,工序简单,工程造价低,且防火性能好,具有适用广泛、施工方便的积极效果。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本实用新型所提供的复合保温墙体砌块,由基础层1上依次附加轻质保温砂浆2、抗裂砂浆3、耐碱网格布4及面层涂料5而构成。所谓的基础层1是25毫米厚的B05级轻质砂加气块。所谓的轻质保温砂浆采用的是玻化微珠保温砂浆,厚度为2~3厘米。抗裂砂浆厚度为3~5厘米。耐碱网格布4和面层涂料5可根据需要灵活选用,市场均有销售,故不作过多说明。
本实用新型所提供的复合保温墙体砌块,在“日照市检察院技术侦察业务楼”工程中进行了非公开的试验性应用,经检测,其主要性能参数如下:

1.一种复合保温墙体砌块,其特征在于,以B05级轻质砂加气块为基础层(1),基础层上依次附加有轻质保温砂浆(2)、抗裂砂浆(3)、耐碱网格布(4)及面层涂料(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合保温墙体砌块,其特征还在于,所述的基础层是25毫米厚的B05级轻质砂加气块;轻质保温砂浆(2)是玻化微珠保温砂浆,厚度为2~3厘米。
