现在的弹簧加工工艺，是先设定螺旋模具，然后将铁丝缠绕于螺旋模具上，加热后冷却。但会出现这样的问题，对于强度较高的材料歪曲不易，外部弯曲机的结构复杂且成本很高，不适用于中小企业。

具体实施方式
如图所示：一种弹簧加工模具，包括模具一1，模具二2；所述的模具一1与模具二2相互拼接形成弹簧模具，所述的模具一1内设有一定弧度的凹槽，模具二2设有与模具一1弧度相反的凹槽，模具一1与模具二2的两端分别设置进料口与出料口。
首先将加工的原料丝加热，拼装好模具后加热。通过输料机往进料口内输料，原料件沿内槽旋转。当另一端的出料口有料件达到后停止。取下模具分割料件，即可。

1.一种弹簧加工模具，其特征在于：包括模具一（1），模具二（2）；所述的模具一（1）与模具二（2）相互拼接形成弹簧模具，所述的模具一（1）内设有一定弧度的凹槽，模具二（2）设有与模具一（1）弧度相反的凹槽，模具一（1）与模具二（2）的两端分别设置进料口与出料口。
