背景技术
目前，在链条行业，对链条质量的要求越来越高，包括精度、承载力、耐腐蚀等，在其生产过程中，涉及到很多机械领域的机器，其中在链环与链环相配合组合成链条的操作中，很容易产生损伤，由于前期的模具和本身链条设计等的因素会使生产出来的未完全合模的链环中间有一开口通过其他模具用来与合模的链环相扣组成链条，就需要将已经合模的链环对准这个开口，才能有效的完成成链的操作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种让闭合的链环有效对准有开口的链环以完成成链工序的对中结构。
本实用新型的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的：一种链环对中结构，包括工作台，设置在工作台上弯形模具、输送件和成环模具，对中结构还包括设置在工作台上定位件和对位件， 对位件设置有与定位件配合完成链环对中步骤的作用端。首先钢材经过弯形模具变成具有开口的链环，通过输送件输送到定位件上，在有对位件上的作用端已有的闭合链环经过作用端的操作对准在定位件上的开口的链环，再经过成环模具的合模形成链条步骤。
作为对上述一种链环对中结构的优选，对位件还设置有与作用端连接的旋转部。

作为对上述一种链环对中结构的优选，作用端为机械手。
上述三个优选方式可以对闭合链环有效完成对中操作。

实施例一，如图1所示，一种链环对中结构，包括工作台1，设置在工作台1上弯形模具2、输送件3和成环模具4，对中结构还包括设置在工作台1上定位件5和对位件6， 对位件6设置有与定位件5配合完成链环对中步骤的作用端61。
对位件6还设置有与作用端61连接的旋转部62，旋转部62为双向电机，作用端61为机械手，定位件5为一对具有回复功能的定位杆51。
输送件3包括搬运链环的搬运部31和伸缩气缸32，搬运部31上设有用于推送链环的搬运头。
成环模具4连接有成环气缸41，还开有与链环相吻合的凹槽42。

1.一种链环对中结构，包括工作台（1），设置在工作台（1）上弯形模具（2）、输送件（3）和成环模具（4），其特征在于：对中结构还包括设置在工作台（1）上定位件（5）和对位件（6）， 对位件（6）设置有与定位件（5）配合完成链环对中步骤的作用端（61）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种链环对中结构，其特征在于：对位件（6）还设置有与作用端（61）连接的旋转部（62）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种链环对中结构，其特征在于：旋转部（62）为双向电机。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种链环对中结构，其特征在于：作用端（61）为机械手。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种链环对中结构，其特征在于：定位件（5）为一对具有回复功能的定位杆（51）。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种链环对中结构，其特征在于：输送件（3）包括搬运链环的搬运部（31）和伸缩气缸（32）。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种链环对中结构，其特征在于：搬运部（31）上设有用于推送链环的搬运头。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种链环对中结构，其特征在于：成环模具（4）连接有成环气缸（41）。
