本实用新型的优点是：通过本装置能够对输送过程中的湿料进行热风烘干，使湿料湿度降低，提高物料的流动性，提高下料速度，提高生产效率。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括水泥生产线上的皮带给料称1和煤磨机2，皮带给料称1的一端通过网带输送机5与煤磨机2的进料口相连，它还有防堵料装置，防堵料装置由管道3和热风机4组成，管道3一端位于网带输送机5的下方，热风机4的出风口与管道3另一端相通。
工作原理：当湿料运输过程中，启动热风机4，对网带输送机5上的湿料进行热风处理，降低湿料湿度，提高下料速度。
