Detailed Description
In order to clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention includes a housing 10, a box 20, a float 30 and a reed switch 40.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 6, the housing 10 is hollow and has an opening 11 on one side, and a notch 12 is formed on the other side of the housing 10.
The box 20 is slidably disposed in the opening 11 of the housing 10, the box 20 is hollow and has an opening 21 on a top surface, a notch 22 is formed on one side of the box 20, and the notch 22 of the box 20 is communicated with the notch 12 of the housing 10.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the float 30 is pivotally disposed on the side wall of the box 20 and adjacent to the top surface of the box 20, an actuating rod 31 is formed on one side of the float 30, the actuating rod 31 is disposed through the notch 22 of the box 20 and the notch 12 of the housing 10, and a magnet 32 is fixed to the end of the actuating rod 31.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the reed switch 40 is fixedly disposed on the outer wall of the housing 10 and opposite to the end of the actuating rod 31, the reed switch 40 and the actuating rod 31 are disposed at an interval, the reed switch 40 includes a tube 41 and two reeds 42, each reed 42 is disposed in the tube 41 and has an outer end 421 and an inner end 422, the outer end 421 of the reed 42 penetrates through the tube 41 and is electrically connected to an external circuit, and the inner ends 422 of the reeds 42 are disposed in the tube 41 and adjacent to each other.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in a normal state, the float 30 is maintained horizontal, so that the magnet 32 of the actuating rod 31 is aligned with the inner ends 422 of the magnetic reeds 42, and the inner ends 422 of the two magnetic reeds 42 are deformed against their own elastic force by the magnetic field formed by the magnet 32, and are abutted to form a conducting state, and then the electric appliance is in a running state.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, when the float 30 pivots when the amount of water collected in the tank 20 reaches a certain height, and the magnet 32 of the actuating rod 31 deviates from the relative position of the inner ends 422 of the magnetic reeds 42, the inner ends 422 of the two magnetic reeds 42 are separated by the elastic force of the magnet when the magnetic traction is lost, and thus an open circuit is formed, and therefore the electric appliance is in a stop state.
Since the relative position between the actuating rod 31 and the reed switch 40 is changed by the magnet 32 and the inner end 422 of the reed 42 to achieve the effect of opening or closing the circuit, there is no contact and engagement between the reed switch 40 and the actuating rod 31, even if the float 30 is inadvertently pivoted when the user moves or collides with the electric appliance, the actuating rod 31 is still deviated from the relative position of the inner end 422 of the reed 42 under the condition that the water level is not reached to the preset value, the user does not need to pull out the box 20, as long as the electric appliance returns to the normal position, the float 30 will automatically pivot back to the horizontal state, the actuating rod 31 can automatically return to the original position, and the reed switch 40 is turned on again and the electric appliance continues to operate.
Therefore, the float 30 can be maintained in the pivoted offset state only when the water level reaches the preset height, the float 30 can be pivoted temporarily only by the mistaken touch in the other states, but the float 30 automatically returns to the horizontal position after the external force disappears, so that the user does not need to perform additional actions, and the convenience in use is improved.
Furthermore, since the reed switch 40 only needs to be fixed outside the housing 10, and no additional structure such as pivot is needed, the structure of the present invention is simplified as a whole.
