背景技术
钢铁厂工艺设计采用了陶瓷过滤机脱水系统，投入使用后，经常由于过滤机真空泵运行负荷大、叶轮、壳体磨损严重造成真空泵系统工作效率下降，从而造成陶瓷过滤机运行真空度过低，无法正常工作、停机，影响整个生产线的运行，经常造成停机。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的陶瓷过滤机真空泵系统，可以降低原有过滤机真空泵系统故障率，提高设备的运行可靠性；同时实现多台陶瓷过滤机的共用一台真空泵的运行模式，节省设备投入和运行维护费用。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种改进的陶瓷过滤机真空泵系统，包括连接在过滤机上的滤液罐，四台过滤机的滤液罐分别通过控制阀门与一台SK-42型真空泵相连。
