背景技术：
在电力实用领域，电缆运输以及绕取一直是一项费时又费力的问题，因为当前的电缆绕取方法存在很大弊端，绕出的电缆还需要再次顺直后才能使用，而且短距离运输方面也很不方便。 
有鉴于此，有必要提供一种多功能电缆小车。
发明内容：
一种多功能电缆小车，包括车架、推拉杆、电缆绞拖架、工业万向脚轮；推拉杆和车架一端固定连接，电缆绞拖架和车架通过轴承配装在车架上平面，在车架下平面四角处固定连接工业万向脚轮。
电缆绞拖架采用轮辐式结构设计制作，轻便稳固，工业万向脚轮经久耐用，绕取出的电缆线无需顺直，可直接使用。

    请参看如图1、图2和图3，多功能电缆小车，包括车架1、电缆绞拖架2、推拉杆3、工业万向脚轮4；推拉杆3和车架1一端固定连接，电缆绞拖架2和车架1通过轴承配装在车架1上平面，在车架1下平面四角处固定连接工业万向脚轮4。
    电缆绞拖架2采用轮辐式结构设计制作，使用轻便，工业万向脚轮4经久耐用，经电缆绞拖架2旋转绕取出的电缆线无需顺直，方便使用，极大的减少工程用时。

1.一种多功能电缆小车，其特征在于：包括车架、电缆绞拖架、拖拉杆、工业万向脚轮；电缆绞拖架为轮辐式结构，推拉杆和车架一端固定连接，电缆绞拖架和车架通过轴承配装在车架上平面，在车架下平面四角处固定连接工业万向脚轮。
