背景技术
在酯化法制备乙酸乙酯的工艺中，醋酸、过量乙醇与少量硫酸混合后经预热进入酯化反应塔，由于该酯化反应可逆，一般采用一种反应物过量或者分离生成的水的方法，但是反应的充分性是保证高产率的前提，目前一般将醋酸、乙醇、硫酸先在混合器中混合然后预热后进行反应，因反应无压力，因此反应时间长，转化率低。

本实用新型根据现有技术的不足而提供的一种乙酸乙酯反应装置。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种乙酸乙酯反应装置，包括酯化反应塔，其中，酯化反应塔下端为倒锥型，在酯化反应塔底部设有物料入口，该物料入口与一圆形管体相通，所述圆形管体一端设有乙酸入口，另一端设有乙醇和硫酸入口，在圆形管体左右两侧设有预热器。
本实用新型设计合理，两种原料经预热后带压分别从相对方向进入酯化反应塔，在塔体倒锥型部位充分接触，保证了反应的转化率，且缩短了反应时间。
