本实用新型公开了一种填充式髋关节。所述填充式髋关节包括半球体1和金属股骨柄2;所述半球体1和所述金属股骨柄2之间为插入焊接式连接;所述金属股骨柄2内部开有三条贯通上下的中空通道3;所述金属股骨柄2上设有多条水平分布的多孔钽构成的凸起4。这种结构的填充式髋关节,使填充式髋关节的力学强度更高、耐压性更强,使填充式髋关节植入后的适应性更好,提高了植入手术的成功率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种填充式髋关节,尤其涉及一种力学强度高、耐压性好、适应性好、手术成功率高的填充式髋关节。
背景技术                         
人工髋关节置换手术后,因髋关节深部感染而需进行重建手术。在临床上,通常采用去除所有人工关节感染元件及细胞组织的方法来根绝感染源。目前,治疗髋关节深部感染的主要方法为二阶段重建手术。第一阶段,将已遭感染的人工关节元件及细胞组织去除,将数量众多的含有抗生素的颗粒状骨水泥暂时填充于骨髓腔内被去除的元件及细胞组织原来占据的空间,待病毒完全消灭;第二阶段,取出暂时填充的骨水泥,重新置入永久性人工髋关节。
    在第一阶段,由于骨水泥无法承受任何微弱的压力负荷,使得髋关节在此期间将丧失活动机能,同时将使软组织变形、骨质严重疏松,极容易导致第二阶段的重建手术难以实施。为解决这一难题,临床上通常采用一体成型的暂时性填充骨水泥以替代颗粒状骨水泥,从而获得一定的耐压性。还可在此基础上,在骨水泥模具料腔内预埋金属线,待骨水泥硬化脱模后可获得较高的耐压性。但是,采用上述方法所获得的力学强度和耐压性仍十分有限,不能很好地满足手术要求,为第二阶段手术的顺利实施埋下了隐患,容易引起手术失败。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供一种力学强度高、耐压性好、适应性好、手术成功率高的填充式髋关节。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:填充式髋关节包括半球体和金属股骨柄;所述半球体和所述金属股骨柄之间为插入焊接式连接;所述金属股骨柄内部开有三条贯通上下的中空通道;所述金属股骨柄上设有多条水平分布的多孔钽构成的凸起。
作为对本技术方案的改进,所述凸起为等距离对称分布。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,使填充式髋关节的力学强度更高、耐压性更强,使填充式髋关节植入后的适应性更好,提高了植入手术的成功率。

实施例:一种填充式髋关节,如图1-3所示,填充式髋关节包括半球体1和金属股骨柄2;所述半球体1和所述金属股骨柄2之间为插入焊接式连接;所述金属股骨柄2内部开有三条贯通上下的中空通道3;所述金属股骨柄2上设有多条水平分布的多孔钽构成的凸起4。
优选地,所述凸起4为等距离对称分布。
在手术时,将含有抗生素的骨水泥灌注进金属股骨柄的中空通道中,同时安装半球体。由于股骨柄为金属构造,相比于其他材料,力学强度更高,耐压性更强。多孔钽能减小排异,提高结构的适应性,从而提高手术的成功率。同时,凸起的形态能防止股骨柄发生下沉。骨水泥含有抗生素,能有效消灭股骨髓腔中的病毒,为第二阶段重置手术打下基础。
