背景技术
 蓄电池组与叉车上的电源连接由电缆线与电源插件组成,电缆线的一端与电源插件连接,另一端与蓄电池组端子连接,传统的连接方式为螺钉固定方式,因螺钉固定易松动造成短路产生火花,连接电阻大,不能满足防爆特殊型蓄电池电源装置对安全的要求。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种防爆电池接线端子,本实用新型采用固定连接的方式,将电缆线与节点端子浇铸在一起,再将端子与蓄电池组焊接,以减小连接电阻,消除短路产生火花的安全隐患。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
防爆电池接线端子,其特征在于:包括有金属圆环,金属圆环的上侧焊接有左端开口的槽体,槽体内插入一根电缆线,电缆线插入槽体的一端有热镀锡层,金属圆环连同槽体固定在蓄电池上,蓄电池极柱卡在金属圆环内。
