背景技术
随着制冷技术的发展,直接蒸发式冷却排管(如墙排管、顶排管等)在制冷系统中得到了广泛应用,旧式的冷却排管是以无缝钢管(光管)为传热面,其缺点是热密度低,设备笨重,耐腐蚀性差系统故障多等。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种制冷或换热效果好,耐腐蚀的冷库用铝排管。
本实用新型包括光管、翅片,其特征在于所述的光管外带有对称的翅片,翅片与光管连接处的曲率半径为R角,翅片边缘为三角棱形状。
上述的翅片与光管连接处的曲率半径为R角不小于2.5毫米。
上述的光管是外径为32毫米的铝管。
上述的光管和翅片采用优质铝合金材质经过型材挤压机一次挤压成型。
本实用新型与现有技术相比较有如下优点:

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括光管1、翅片2,光管1外带有对称的翅片2,翅片2与光管1连接处的曲率半径为R角4,翅片2边缘为三角棱3形状。
翅片边缘采用三角棱型,散热快,韧性大,硬度高,耐力更强。
上述的翅片2与光管1连接处的曲率半径为R角不小于2.5毫米。增强了翅片管的整体强度,韧性力度高,性价比高,耐力增强,防腐烛,无污染,实用效果更好。
上述的光管是外径为32毫米的铝管。
上述的光管和翅片采用优质铝合金材质经过1800吨型材挤压一次成型,确保了翅片和铝管整体的连续性和一致性。
和钢排管相比铝排管:1、换热效率高,铝材导热能力好,配置合理,换热能力提高20%,管内制冷剂的蒸发温度和库内温度温差小,蒸发温度增高,压缩机能效比增加,能耗减少,节能效果显著;2、结构设计合理,同样长度的铝排管其内表面积是钢排管的1.5倍,外表面积是钢排管的2.5倍,其内容积是钢排管的四分之一,制冷剂用量少,较钢排节省2/3,节省系统运行成本。同样大小的冷库,铝排管只需配置顶排就能满足要求,而钢排还需配置墙排管。从对流传热方式讲,顶排最合理,对流换热效率最;3、重量轻,单位蒸发面积的铝排重量是钢排的六分之一。因而安装方便,支护成本降低;4、铝排制作在厂房内完成,质量性能有保证,钢排现场制作麻烦,质量难以保证;5、铝排内部光洁度高,易清洁,延长压缩机使用寿命,而钢排易锈蚀,造成系统堵塞;6、氟系统配置铝排,铝排可配置电热化霜装置,解决钢排化霜难的问题;7、铝排传热系数在-40℃~0℃蒸发温度下K≈9~14w/m2·℃,钢排管传热系数在-40℃~0℃蒸发温度下K≈8~13w/m2·℃,为此同样冷库(负荷相同情况下),铝排配置的蒸发面积小于钢排管。

1.一种冷库用铝排管,包括光管、翅片,其特征在于所述的光管外带有对称的翅片,翅片与光管连接处的曲率半径为R角,翅片边缘为三角棱形状。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种冷库用铝排管,其特征在于所述的翅片与光管连接处的曲率半径为R角不小于2.5毫米。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种冷库用铝排管,其特征在于所述的光管是外径为32毫米的铝管。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种冷库用铝排管,其特征在于所述的光管和翅片采用优质铝合金材质经过型材挤压机一次挤压成型。
