本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的折叠椅子，它结构简单，采用弯折的钢管将桌板与前支撑架连接，连接较稳定、安全可靠，同时座板下端还设置有储物盒，方便放置手提包等其他物品，方便实用，使用寿命长。
