本实用新型涉及一种电加热技术,尤其涉及具有新型密封头的新型电加热管。
背景技术
现有电茶炉、热水器等的发热元件一般采用电热丝,由于电热丝为线丝发热元件,发热面积小,其与待加热物质接触的面积亦小,传热效果差,升温慢;电热丝与待加热物质温差大,电热丝往往需要很高的温度,待加热物质才能达到所需温度,电热丝长时间高温工作,表层容易被氧化,其寿命缩短,脱落的氧化物则会污染待加热物质;电热丝为电阻发热,电热转换效率低,能耗高,且工作时,现有的电加热器往往由于其管口处密封不到位,长期使用,由于密封盖自身老化而使加热管内部进液体,从而引发火灾。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种达到橡胶或硅胶紧覆在电加热器管口,起到内部密封性,达到其延长使用寿命的新型电加热管。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种新型电加热管,包括一作为电热膜载体的,外形为通口的圆柱状玻璃管,在玻璃管的内壁涂有高低两圈的电极银浆圈,与电极银浆圈电性连接的电极圈,从电极圈上焊接一铜线,所述铜线的头部焊接到一螺丝上,所述玻璃管的管口呈喇叭状,在所述玻璃管的管口处通过一密封盖密封,该密封盖的内壁开设有内螺纹,所述内螺纹与喇叭状管口扣合。
进一步的,为了提高本技术方案中电加热管内的密封性,在所述喇叭状管口处套接一硅胶环,在所述硅胶环的外壁上开设有外螺纹,密封盖与硅胶环螺纹套接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本加热管作为现有电茶炉、热水器中的加热元件的升级换代产品,制造工艺简单,外形设计简洁,便于组装,最大功率可达到5KW,最高工作温度可达500℃,功率密度可做成0.1~20W/cm2的任一值,电热效率高达95%,是理想的节能产品。所述电热膜覆盖在电热膜载体表面,电热膜发热面积大,热传递效果好,升温快,所述管子为纳米非金属发热体,不会产生氧化物,安全、环保。所述管子主要是利用其产生的红外线对物体进行加热,由其加工出来的茶水具有自然风味,甘甜可口。所述电热膜与电热膜载体以化学键结合为一体,无脱落之虑,其物理化学性能好,耐湿、耐酸碱,无毒,无有害辐射,无任何污染;本电热膜产品无明火,安全可靠,5000小时以内膜层稳定。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种新型电加热管,包括一作为电热膜载体的,外形为通口的圆柱状玻璃管7,在玻璃管7的内壁涂有高低两圈的电极银浆圈8,与电极银浆圈8电性连接的电极圈4,并在玻璃管7内壁涂有电热膜处理液,从电极圈4上焊接一铜线2,所述铜线2的头部焊接到一螺丝6上,在所述玻璃管的管口处通过一密封盖1密封,所述密封盖1上开设有出口,所述螺丝6从出口处引出,与外界的正负电极连接,并在一电热膜上串联一超温温控器3,所述玻璃管7的管口呈喇叭状,在所述喇叭状管口处套接一硅胶环5,在所述硅胶环5的外壁上开设有外螺纹,密封盖1与硅胶环5螺纹套接。
本加热管作为现有电茶炉、热水器中加热元件的升级替代品,制造工艺简单,最大功率可达5KW,是理想的节能产品,其通过具有密封螺纹圈,利用硅胶密封,提高其内部密封性,避免内部电极圈产生氧化,使其使用寿命也得到延长。

1.一种新型电加热管,包括一作为电热膜载体的,外形为通口的圆柱状玻璃管,在玻璃管的内壁涂有高低两圈的电极银浆圈,与电极银浆圈电性连接的电极圈,从电极圈上焊接一铜线,所述铜线的头部焊接到一螺丝上,其特征在于:所述玻璃管的管口呈喇叭状,在所述玻璃管的管口处通过一密封盖密封,该密封盖的内壁开设有内螺纹,所述内螺纹与喇叭状管口扣合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型电加热管,其特征在于:在所述喇叭状管口处套接一硅胶环,在所述硅胶环的外壁上开设有外螺纹,密封盖与硅胶环螺纹套接。
