技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种钢丝绳，尤其涉及一种含芳纶纤维的复合钢丝绳。 
背景技术
目前国内重要用途钢丝绳标准GB8918-2006、一般用途钢丝绳标准GB/T20118-2006，还是国外的钢丝绳标准如日本JISG3525-88等都规定钢丝绳的原材料是优质碳素钢，优质碳素钢的力学性能如强度、韧性、疲劳性能等均可以做得很好，在用于胶带、工程机械轮胎尤其是矿山用轮胎和载重车轮胎以及起重机上用到的钢丝绳时，由于优质碳素钢其耐腐蚀性差、自身重量较大及弯曲疲劳性能的限制，全碳素钢钢丝绳的寿命很大程度上影响到胶带、工程机械轮胎等的使用寿命。 
发明内容
针对上述缺点，本实用新型目的在于提供一种能提高钢丝绳的弯曲疲劳性能、降低钢丝绳自身重量和提高钢丝绳使用寿命的含芳纶纤维的复合钢丝绳。 
本实用新型的技术内容为，一种含芳纶纤维的复合钢丝绳，它包括外层股和中心股，若干外层股包覆在中心股外侧；其特征在于外层股从内而外为碳素钢丝股芯、包覆在碳素钢丝股芯外侧的芳纶纤维丝层和包覆在芳纶纤维丝层外侧的碳素钢丝外层；中心股从内而外为芳纶纤维丝芯股和包覆在芳纶纤维丝芯股外侧的碳素钢丝股层。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比所具有的优点是：本实用新型通过在钢丝绳中的外层股和中心股中加入一层芳纶纤维丝使得钢丝绳的自重得到减低，同时也提高了钢丝绳的高弯曲疲劳性能；增强了有害介质对钢丝绳的腐蚀，提高了整个钢丝绳的防腐性能；减少了钢丝绳使用过程的冲击和振动，提供了钢丝绳的使用寿命；也使得制成的钢丝绳容易弯曲，操作性能好；降低了钢丝绳在高温使用时的破断拉力损失。

如图1所示，一种含芳纶纤维的复合钢丝绳，它包括外层股1和中心股2，若干外层股1包覆在中心股2外侧；其特征在于外层股1从内而外为碳素钢丝股芯1.1、包覆在碳素钢丝股芯1.1外侧的芳纶纤维丝层1.2和包覆在芳纶纤维丝层1.2外侧的碳素钢丝外层1.3；中心股2从内而外为芳纶纤维丝芯股2.1和包覆在芳纶纤维丝芯股2.1外侧的碳素钢丝股层2.2。
