背景技术
目前，在对水泵壳加工时是采用立式加工中心来进行，立式加工中心可实现XYZ三个直线移动坐标，，但由于水泵壳要进行加工的面比较多，无法对水泵壳的侧面进行加工，所以在水泵壳加工过程中需要多次停车，通过人工来调整水泵壳的加工位置，在对水泵壳位置的调整过程中，多次装夹水泵壳会使水泵壳的形位产生尺寸不良而报废。
发明内容
针对以上缺点，本实用新型的目的在与提供一种用于水泵壳加工的旋转装置，其能使水泵壳旋转而直接一次性完成加工。
本实用新型的技术内容为：一种用于水泵壳加工的旋转装置，其特征在于它包括底板、回转板、连接板、液压尾架和电脑数控分度盘；液压尾架和电脑数控分度盘分别设置在底板的两端，回转板通过连接板连接安装在液压尾架和电脑数控分度盘之间。
本实用新型通过底板安装到立式加工中心的加工台上，在回转板上安装上水泵壳的加工夹具，电脑数控分度盘与立式加工中心的控制中心连接，本实用新型可使水泵壳在进行侧面加工时，先将水泵壳进行选择，从而对侧面实现加工，不需要停车后再进行人工调整。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所具有的优点为：能使水泵壳旋转而直接一次性完成加工，省时省力，提高了工作效率，也提高了产品质量。
