背景技术
百里香酚的合成在我国刚刚起步，国内还没有真正合成百里香酚的专业生产厂家，主要依靠国外进口，公知的百里香酚合成路线是在高压设备里完成的，对生产设备的要求很苛刻，成本高，产品的产量较低，安全隐患大，设备维修率高，生产的连续性较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以在常压下连续生产的百里香酚连续合成装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的，一种百里香酚的连续合成装置，其特征在于，包括气体原料罐，液体原料瓶及管道反应器，液体原料瓶通过管路与管道反应器的进料端连通，管道反应器通过支架支撑，管道反应器依前后分为导热油加热段，电加热段和自然冷却段，气体原料罐通过管路连通于导热油加热段的中部，导热油加热段的下方设有导热油加热器，电加热段的管道外壁设有电加热丝，自然冷却段的出料端经出料阀与接料瓶连接。
进一步地，导热油加热段的长度为管道反应器总长度的四分之一，电加热段的长度为管道反应器总长度的二分之一，自然冷却段的长度为管道反应器总长度的四分之一。
进一步地，气体原料罐与管道反应器的连通管路上装有流量计和气体进料阀。
进一步地，液体原料瓶与管道反应器的连通管路上装有计量泵和进料开关阀。
进一步地，所述电加热段的两端通过法兰分别与导热油加热段、自然冷却段连接。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型所提供的一种百里香酚的连续合成装置，包括气体原料罐1，液体原料瓶3及管道反应器，液体原料瓶3通过管路与管道反应器的进料端连通，液体原料瓶3与管道反应器的连通管路上装有计量泵4和进料开关阀5，管道反应器通过支架9支撑，管道反应器依前后分为导热油加热段6，电加热段10和自然冷却段11，导热油加热段6的长度为管道反应器总长度的四分之一，电加热段10的长度为管道反应器总长度的二分之一，自然冷却段11的长度为管道反应器总长度的四分之一，电加热段10内置催化剂，电加热段的两端设置法兰14，通过法兰14分别与导热油加热段6、自然冷却段11连接，便于拆卸更换催化剂。气体原料罐1通过管路连通于导热油加热段6的中部，气体原料罐1与管道反应器的连通管路上装有流量计2和气体进料阀7。导热油加热段6的下方设有导热油加热器8，电加热段10的管道外壁设有电加热丝，自然冷却段11的出料端经出料阀12与接料瓶13连接。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种百里香酚的连续合成装置，其特征在于，导热油加热段的长度为管道反应器总长度的四分之一，电加热段的长度为管道反应器总长度的二分之一，自然冷却段的长度为管道反应器总长度的四分之一。
