背景技术
氧化塔是生产双氧水生产装置中的关键设备之一，其包括壳体、空气分布器、塔盘、填料、补充空气分布器、升气盘和除沫器，空气分布器、塔盘、填料、补充空气分布器、升气盘、和除沫器依次由下而上设置在壳体内，现有氧化塔缺点：1、由于氧化塔采用露天化布置，在生产中北方温度过低，且设备直径较大，会降低双氧水的生产效率；2、若设备停车，工作液温度低后会凝固。

针对上述缺点，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能防止工作液凝固及提高双氧水生产效率的带加热装置的氧化塔。
本实用新型的技术内容为：一种带加热装置的氧化塔，包括壳体、空气分布器、塔盘、填料、补充空气分布器、升气盘和除沫器，空气分布器、塔盘、填料、补充空气分布器、升气盘、和除沫器依次由下而上设置在壳体内；其特征为它还包括圆形加热管和支撑件；在空气分布器下方的壳体内壁上设置有若干个支撑件，圆形加热管固定安装在支撑件上。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所具有的优点是：本实用新型通过圆形加热管对工作液进行加热，能能防止工作液在低温状态下凝固同时也能提高双氧水生产效率。
