本实用新型涉及一种植入眼内取代天然晶状体的人工透镜,尤其是用于后囊膜缺失植入后房悬吊缝线固定的人工晶体。
背景技术
中国专利号为ZL92239928.X,实用新型专利名称“三线悬吊式人工晶体”,该专利缺点是悬吊线直接固定在人工晶体上,不利于手术操作;中国专利号为ZL201220191684.4,,实用新型专利名称“四固定孔悬吊式人工晶体”,该专利缺点是支撑袢是没有用的,并且容易变形,造成术后晶体的稳定性差。
发明内容
为了使人工晶体在置入眼睛后有更好的稳定性,本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在人工晶体光学部分的外侧延伸出两个凸缘,凸缘与光学部分是一体的,并在凸缘上开有悬吊线通过的固定孔。当缝线悬吊晶体时,将悬吊线通过固定孔穿出,固定在巩膜上。
通过此种方法固定避免了晶体的移位,稳定性好,从而使患者术后的视觉质量较好。

具体实施方式
在图1中,人工晶体光学部分(1)的直径一般在5.5-6mm左右,从人工晶体光学部分(1)两侧中间的圆形切面向内倾斜45度,延伸出两个2mm的凸缘(2),凸缘(2)与光学部分(1)是一体的,并在凸缘(2)上开有悬吊线通过的固定孔(3),固定孔(3)对称分布,孔直径为0.3mm,两孔相距3.0mm。

1.一种四固定孔悬吊式人工晶体,包括光学部分(1)、凸缘(2)和悬吊线固定孔(3),其特征在于:在人工晶体光学部分的外侧延伸出两个凸缘,凸缘与光学部分是一体的,在凸缘上开有供悬吊线通过的四个固定孔。
