背景技术
聚四氟乙烯废料在利用的时候需要对其进行粉碎造粒,原先的造粒机是通过重物敲打聚四氟乙烯废料,从而粉碎粉料,产生粉状的聚四氟乙烯废料;但是这种方式生产的产品粗细不均匀,符合要求的颗粒较少,质量较差。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述情况,提供一种聚四氟乙烯造粒机,该造粒机能够对聚四氟乙烯废料较为均匀的粉碎,产生质量较好的聚四氟乙烯颗粒粉料。
一种聚四氟乙烯造粒机,包括机架,机架上设置有粉碎机体,粉碎机体上设置有进料口和出料口,粉碎机体内设置有多片粉碎刀片,粉碎刀片通过传动机构连接电机,所述出料口下端连接有接料桶。 
所述的出料口下端与接料桶之间设置有筛网。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行进一步说明:
如图1、2所示,一种聚四氟乙烯造粒机,包括机架1,机架1上设置有粉碎机体2,粉碎机体2上设置有进料口21和出料口22,粉碎机体2内设置有多片粉碎刀片3,粉碎刀片3通过传动机构连接电机4,所述出料口22下端连接有接料桶5。出料口22下端与接料桶5之间设置有筛网。
传动机构采用皮带传动,电机2连接主动皮带轮8,粉碎刀片3的固定轴上连接从动皮带轮6,皮带7连接在主动皮带轮8和从动皮带轮6之间。进行聚四氟乙烯造粒的时候,聚四氟乙烯废料通过进料口21进入到粉碎机体2内,启动电机2,电机2通过皮带传动机构带动粉碎刀片3转动,多个粉碎刀片3转动将粉碎机体2内的聚四氟乙烯废料均匀有效的粉碎,废料粉碎的较为均匀,粉碎下来的颗粒通过出料口22出来,经过筛网9的过滤,将不符合粗细要求的颗粒过滤掉,最后合格的聚四氟乙烯粉料颗粒落入接料桶5内。

1.一种聚四氟乙烯造粒机,其特征在于,包括机架(1),机架(1)上设置有粉碎机体(2),粉碎机体(2)上设置有进料口(21)和出料口(22),粉碎机体(2)内设置有多片粉碎刀片(3),粉碎刀片(3)通过传动机构连接电机(4),所述出料口(22)下端连接有接料桶(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚四氟乙烯造粒机,其特征在于,所述的出料口(22)下端与接料桶(5)之间设置有筛网(9)。
