本实用新型公开了一种管材定位切割装置，包括有设置于工作台上的管材切割装置，所述管材切割装置的切割窗口上部设置有弧形的弹性定位装置，所述弹性定位装置背面设有切割刀；所述管材切割装置前方工作台上左右设有可调节L型定位挡板，所述可调节L型定位挡板水平座板开有长条孔，所述可调节L型定位挡板前侧向外翻折。本实用新型设置有弧形的弹性定位装置以及可调节L型定位挡板，做到全方位牢固定位，从而克服了现有管材加工裁切中的管材长度不一致、切口有毛边的问题。

本实用新型主要涉及塑料挤出生产设备领域，尤其涉及一种管材定位切割装置。
背景技术
在管材生产设备领域出厂前一般需要进行管材裁切加工，而传统的管材在裁切加工过程中存在定位不够牢固，致使切割所得的管材长度不一致、切口有毛边，进而影响了裁切效率低下，提高了生产制造成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种管材定位切割装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种管材定位切割装置，包括有设置于工作台上的管材切割装置，所述管材切割装置的切割窗口上部设置有弧形的弹性定位装置，所述切割窗口下侧工作台上开有切料口，所述弹性定位装置背面设有切割刀；所述管材切割装置前方工作台上左右设有可调节L型定位挡板，所述可调节L型定位挡板水平座板开有长条孔，所述可调节L型定位挡板前侧向外翻折，可调节L型定位挡板通过穿过条形孔的螺栓固定于工作台上。

本实用新型管材切割装置的切割窗口上部设置有弧形的弹性定位装置，管材切割装置前方工作台上左右设有可调节L型定位挡板，做到全方位牢固而精准的定位，从而克服了现有管材加工裁切中的管材长度不一致、切口有毛边的问题。

如图1所示，一种管材定位切割装置，包括有设置于工作台1上的管材切割装置，所述管材切割装置的切割窗口2上部设置有弧形的弹性定位装置3，所述切割窗口2下侧工作台上开有切料口4，所述弹性定位装置3背面设有切割刀5；所述管材切割装置前方工作台上左右设有可调节L型定位挡板6，所述可调节L型定位挡板6水平座板7开有长条孔8，所述可调节L型定位挡板6前侧向外翻折，可调节L型定位挡板6通过穿过条形孔8的螺栓9固定于工作台1上。

1.一种管材定位切割装置，其特征在于：包括有设置于工作台上的管材切割装置，所述管材切割装置的切割窗口上部设置有弧形的弹性定位装置，所述切割窗口下侧工作台上开有切料口，所述弹性定位装置背面设有切割刀；所述管材切割装置前方工作台上左右设有可调节L型定位挡板，所述可调节L型定位挡板水平座板开有长条孔，所述可调节L型定位挡板前侧向外翻折，所述可调节L型定位挡板通过穿过条形孔的螺栓固定于工作台上。
