本实用新型涉及一种室内特殊照明设备,特别涉及一种LED日光灯。 
背景技术
日光灯管是一根玻璃管,内壁涂有一层荧光粉,灯管内充有稀薄的惰性气体和水银蒸汽,在灯管的两端加上足够的电压,就会使管内气体电离,从而使灯管由气体放电过渡到水银蒸汽放电。放电时会发出不可见的紫外光线和红外光线照射在管壁内的荧光粉上面,使灯管发光。然而,日光灯中发出的光中含有紫外线及红外线,因此不能应用于对紫外线及红外线敏感的特殊场合,例如光阻干膜生产线和胶卷生产线等。 
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不会产生紫外线和红外线,能应用于对紫外线及红外线敏感的特殊场合的LED日光灯。 
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下: 
一种LED日光灯,包括灯具外壳及位于灯具外壳中的电路板和若干个灯珠,其特征在于,所述灯珠之间以串联、并联或串并联的形式连接,所述灯珠包括晶片和黄色荧光粉,所述晶片激发所述黄色荧光粉发光,其发出波长范围为568.1nm到580.1nm的黄光。 
通过上述技术方案,本实用新型提供的LED日光灯,晶片激发黄色荧光粉发光,不会产生紫外线和红外线,能够用于光阻干膜生产线、胶卷生产线等特殊场合。

本实用新型提供了一种LED日光灯,如图1所示,包括灯具外壳11及位于灯具外壳中的电路板和若干个灯珠12,灯珠12之间以串联、并联或串并联的形式连接,灯珠12包括晶片和黄色荧光粉,晶片激发黄色荧光粉发光,其发出波长范围为568.1nm到580.1nm的黄光。 
灯珠12以十五并十二串的方式连接。 
本实用新型提供的LED日光灯,晶片激发黄色荧光粉发光,不会产生紫外线和红外线,能够用于光阻干膜生产线、胶卷生产线等特殊场合。
