Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种地面操作用吊装卸扣，是为解决人为高空卸扣的难题而设计的。本卸扣的开口锁圈侧面底部为设有销孔的锁口，锁口外侧面连接弹簧箱，弹簧箱两端面上设有通孔，该通孔与开口锁圈锁口的销孔同心同径。销轴从弹簧箱端面通孔穿入，套装位于箱内的弹簧且套装固定挡板，销轴端部设有径向销孔。开口锁圈上设有回转圈。本卸扣能实现在地面进行高空卸扣，特别适用于高空吊装中难以人为的卸扣，解决高空拆除索具的难题，降低施工成本，保证人员安全。

本实用新型涉及一种地面操作用吊装卸扣，属于吊装技术领域。 
背景技术
在电力、冶金、石油、机械、铁路、化工、港口、矿山及建筑等各行各业中，卸扣是常用的吊装索具。现有的卸扣一般通过手动安装和拆除，即在吊装结束后，由操作人员沿安全通道登高卸扣。安全通道的设置复杂，且存在安全隐患。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种地面操作用吊装卸扣，其能解决人为高空卸扣的难题。 
本实用新型的具体技术内容如下： 
本卸扣的开口锁圈侧面底部为设有销孔的锁口，锁口外侧面连接弹簧箱，弹簧箱两端面上设有通孔，该通孔与开口锁圈锁口的销孔同心同径。销轴从弹簧箱端面通孔穿入，套装位于箱内的弹簧且套装固定挡板，销轴端部设有径向销孔。开口锁圈上设有回转圈。 
本卸扣能实现在地面进行高空卸扣，特别适用于高空吊装中难以人为的卸扣，解决高空拆除索具的难题，降低施工成本，保证人员安全。

参照图1至3对本实用新型的实施例进一步说明： 
本卸扣包括销轴1、弹簧箱2、挡板3、弹簧4、开口锁圈5、回转圈6、牵引绳7和销子8： 
开口锁圈5侧面底部为设有销孔的圆形锁口，锁口外侧面连接筒形的弹簧箱2，弹簧箱2两端面上设有通孔，该通孔与开口锁圈5锁口的销孔同心同径。销轴1从弹簧箱2端面通孔穿入，套装位于箱内的弹簧4且套装固定挡板3，销轴1端部设有径向销孔。开口锁圈5上部弧形侧壁上设有回转圈6。 
在实际生产中，可根据卸扣型号选用不同规格的弹簧4，销子8可采用圆形或方形等形式。 
本地面操作用吊装卸扣的使用方法如下： 
在本卸扣的开口锁圈5连接索具后，推动销轴1，带动挡板3压缩弹簧4，穿过开口锁圈5锁口，用销子8固定；再将牵引绳7穿过回转圈6连接销子8的顶部拉环。完成吊装后，人为拉动牵引绳7，拔出销子8，使销轴1在弹簧4的作用下回位，实现卸扣。

1.一种地面操作用吊装卸扣，其特征在于： 
本卸扣的开口锁圈(5)侧面底部为设有销孔的锁口，锁口外侧面连接弹簧箱(2)，弹簧箱(2)两端面上设有通孔，该通孔与开口锁圈(5)锁口的销孔同心同径；销轴(1)从弹簧箱(2)端面通孔穿入，套装位于箱内的弹簧(4)且套装固定挡板(3)，销轴(1)端部设有径向销孔；开口锁圈(5)上设有回转圈(6)。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的地面操作用吊装卸扣，其特征在开口锁圈(5)锁口侧面为圆形；弹簧箱(2)为筒形；开口锁圈(5)上部弧形侧壁上设有回转圈(6)。
