本实用新型涉及茶叶生产设备技术领域，具体来说是一种茶叶杀青装置。 
背景技术
目前茶叶生产企业在生产过程中使用杀青机对鲜茶叶进行杀青，但是现有的杀青机存在杀青不均匀、不完全或有焦叶糊味的缺点，茶叶的青草气味散发的不彻底，杀青之后的茶叶的青草气味还很重，茶叶的质量受到影响。 
发明内容
为了克服上述技术存在的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种茶叶杀青装置，通过外置热风炉向传统杀青机转筒内提供高温热风，使鲜叶在杀青时有筒壁和热风的双重杀青效果，达到茶叶刹匀刹透又不焦叶的效果。 
本实用新型的技术方案是：茶叶杀青装置，包括燃烧室、热气室、保温层、旋转杀青筒、热风炉，其特征在于：燃烧室的上方设有热气室，热气室的外部围有一层保温层，旋转杀青筒置于热气室内，旋转杀青筒还与热风炉相连通。 
本实用新型的优点是：本装置结构简单，操作简便，通过热风炉向旋转杀青筒加入热风，让茶叶在杀青的同时，也进行热气烘干，二者同时进行，不仅鲜茶叶杀青很均匀、很完全，而且烘烤之后的茶叶没有青草气和焦味，大大的提高了茶叶的品质。

如图1所示，燃烧室1的上方设有热气室2，热气室2的外部围有一层保温层3，旋转杀青筒4置于热气室2内，旋转杀青筒4还与热风炉5相连通。
