本实用新型公开了一种余热回收蒸汽炉,高压锅炉技术领域。它在蒸汽锅炉外设置一组具有余热回收的水箱,水箱热端与锅炉的加压阀连通,通供水水路流过水箱的冷端,把蒸汽的热回收进水中再输送给锅炉加热,达到节能环保的目的。

背景技术
在制衣行业中,因为要对衣物进行熨烫,行业内都采用蒸汽熨烫技术对衣物进行熨烫。在服装生产工厂中,为了随时能够供应蒸汽,就需要配备蒸汽锅炉持续的产生蒸汽,蒸汽是对水加热产生的,要是产生的蒸汽没能即时用掉,就会堆积在锅炉内,另锅炉压力增加,当锅炉压力达到临界值时候就要强制的把蒸汽排出,而这些被未被使用便被排放的蒸汽带有大量的热便会白白的浪费掉,极不环保。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种余热回收蒸汽炉。
本实用新型可以通过采取以下技术方案予以实现:一种余热回收蒸汽炉,包括带电加热的锅炉,所述锅炉炉身设置有补水口,所述锅炉的顶部设置有蒸汽口和减压阀,所述蒸汽炉还包括有用于余热回收的水箱,所述水箱底部设置有进水口,所述水箱顶部设置有出水口,所述水箱的内壁设置有蒸汽盘管,所述蒸汽盘管的入口端设置在水箱顶部外,所述蒸汽盘管的出口端设置在水箱底部外,所述出水口连通所述补水口,所述蒸汽盘管的入口端与减压阀连通。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型的有益效果是:把从解压阀排出的蒸汽与补进锅炉里的水进行热交换,把蒸汽的热量回收进补充的水分中,减少锅炉加热所需的热量,达到节能环保的目的。

以下结合附图对本实用新型的最佳实施例作详细描述。
如图1所示的余热回收蒸汽炉,包括带电加热2的锅炉1,锅炉1炉身设置有补水口3,锅炉1的顶部设置有蒸汽口4和减压阀5,蒸汽炉还包括有用于余热回收的水箱6,水箱6底部设置有进水口7,水箱顶部设置有出水口8,水箱6的内壁设置有蒸汽盘管9,蒸汽盘管9的入口端10设置在水箱6顶部外,蒸汽盘管9的出口端11设置在水箱6底部外,进水口7连通供水管道,出水口8连通补水口3,蒸汽口4连通蒸汽供应管道,蒸汽盘管9的入口端10与减压阀5连通,蒸汽盘管9的出口端11连接冷凝水的排水管道。
工作原理:过量的蒸汽从减压阀5排出通入到蒸汽盘管9中,蒸汽从上往下流经蒸汽盘管9,与水箱6里面的水进行热交换后冷凝成水从蒸汽盘管出口端11排出,水箱6中被蒸汽加热的水将补充进锅炉1中进行加热产生蒸汽。
