Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种涡轮增压发动机二次空气喷射装置,它包括二次空气泵、二次进气阀、电磁阀、真空储气罐、单向阀。在点燃式发动机冷起动过程中,由于催化转化器未达到起燃温度造成HC和CO排放恶化,而加装二次空气后处理系统可以明显提高排气温度进而改善该过程的排放。

技术领域
本实用新型属于内燃机技术领域,具体涉及一种发动机二次空气喷射装置。
背景技术
增压发动机冷起动后暖机过程中,发动机处于非正常、不稳定工作状态,由于发动机冷却水温、机油温度低,燃料雾化性、与空气混合均匀性差,发动机存在失火、燃烧不完全;由于增压器吸热,三效催化转化器不能迅速起燃等问题,导致该过程中排放物水平高,尤其是该过程中未燃HC排放在FTP工况法中大约占到70%。因此如何解决汽油发动机冷起动过程中排放严重的问题,是当前亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
为了克服增压发动机冷起动过程中排放严重的问题,本实用新型通过对现有增压发动机的排气系统进行改进,提供一种一种涡轮增压发动机二次空气喷射装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种发动机二次空气喷射装置,包括二次空气泵、二次进气阀、电磁阀、真空储气罐及单向阀;其中二次空气泵进气口与空滤器采用波纹管连通,二次空气泵出气口与二次空气阀进气口采用波纹管连通;二次进气阀出气口与发动机四个排气歧管相导通;电磁阀一端与真空储气罐连通,另一端与二次空气阀连通;二次空气泵和电磁阀分别与ECU连接并由ECU控制;真空储气罐的另一端连接单向阀,单向阀与进气歧管连接。
所述发动机二次空气喷射装置安装于涡轮增压发动机上。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
在点燃式发动机冷起动过程中,由于催化转化器未达到起燃温度造成HC和CO排放恶化,而加装二次空气后处理系统可以明显提高排气温度进而改善该过程的排放。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例来详细说明本实用新型的技术方案,应当理解的是,以下的实施例仅是示例性的,仅能用来解释和说明本实用新型的技术方案,而不能解释为是对本实用新型技术方案的限制。
涉及一种涡轮增压发动机二次空气喷射装置具体在以下两种工作情况下工作:发动机冷启动后和热启动时自诊断。在本申请的技术方案中,主要是指发动机冷启动情况下的技术改进。
滤清器8的空气在发动机启动时正常提供给进气歧管,在发动机冷启动工作时,通过发动机ECU9激活发动机二次空气喷射装置开始工作,发动机启动后经过滤清器8的空气通过二次空气泵4直接被吹到排气歧管1后,同时由发动机ECU9控制电磁阀阀3,并通过压力驱动二次进气阀2开始工作。二次空气泵4的作用是在很短的时间内将空气压进排气歧管1的废气中。在二次空气喷射装置未工作状态下,热的废气将停止在二次进气阀2外,阻止废气进入二次空气泵4。排气歧管1内的空气对废气中的HC和CO进行氧化,释放热量加快催化器起燃,提高催化器转换效率,改善排放指标。
其具体的工作情况是,在电磁阀3与进气歧管5之间安装有真空储气罐6和单向阀7,单向阀7保证真空储气罐内的气体只能向进气歧管5方向流动。在二次空气喷射装置未工作时,随着滤清器8的空气向进气歧管5的流动,产生的虹吸现象将真空储气罐内的气体抽出。当二次空气喷射装置启动时,发动机ECU9控制电磁阀阀3打开,这时,二次进气阀2与电磁阀3相连接的管线内的气体进入到真空储气罐6内,在二次进气阀2内出现压力差,二次进气阀2通过这一压力差打开,空气通过二次空气泵4进入到排气歧管1。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同限定。
Claims (2)
1.一种发动机二次空气喷射装置,其特征在于:包括二次空气泵、二次进气阀、电磁阀、真空储气罐及单向阀;其中二次空气泵进气口与空滤器采用波纹管连通,二次空气泵出气口与二次空气阀进气口采用波纹管连通;二次进气阀出气口与发动机四个排气歧管相导通;电磁阀一端与真空储气罐连通,另一端与二次空气阀连通;二次空气泵和电磁阀分别与ECU连接并由ECU控制;真空储气罐的另一端连接单向阀,单向阀与排进气歧管连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机二次空气喷射装置,其特征在于:所述发动机二次空气喷射装置安装于涡轮增压发动机上。
