本实用新型涉及一种管道附件，特别涉及一种金属纤维管道阻火器。
背景技术
工业和民用易燃易爆气体在管道或设备内着火，火焰会很快蔓延，引起大量气体剧烈燃烧爆炸，造成火灾。因此，通常在易燃易爆气体管道中安装阻火器，起到防止外部火焰窜入存有易燃易爆气体的设备、管道或阻止火焰在设备、管道间蔓延的作用。目前，传统的金属网及非金属阻火器等虽构造简单，但阻火性能欠佳，且密封性能不好。而较新式的波纹板式阻火器等虽然阻火性能较好，但结构复杂。
因此，为解决上述技术问题，有必要提供一种结构简单、经济适用、安全可靠的阻火器。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、阻火性强、重复利用率高的金属纤维管道阻火器。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案为：一种金属纤维管道阻火器，包括进口锥形壳体（1）和出口锥形壳体（2），所述锥形壳体（1）两端设置有法兰盘（3）和（4），内部设置有阻火芯（7），所述锥形壳体（2）两端设置有法兰盘（5）和（6），内部设置有阻火芯（8），其特征是所述进出口锥形壳体中均设置有阻火芯，具有多道阻火作用，提高了安全性。
本实用新型的金属纤维管道阻火器，所述的阻火芯（7）设置为多层金属纤维织物，且具有透气孔。
所述的阻火芯（8）设置为多层金属纤维烧结毡，且具有透气孔。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下特点和有益效果：所述的阻火芯（7）和阻火芯（8）共同工作，具有多道阻火作用，安全可靠。进出口锥形壳体两端均设置有法兰，连接方便快捷，整体结构简单。阻火芯更换方便，且材料价格低廉，资源丰富，具有良好市场推广应用前景。

具体实施方式
参照说明书附图1，将法兰盘（3）和（4）焊接在进口锥形壳体（1）两端，将法兰盘（5）和（6）焊接在出口锥形壳体（2）两端。
将阻火芯（7）置于进口锥形壳体（1）中。
将阻火芯（8）置于出口锥形壳体（2）中。
将法兰（4）和（6）采用螺栓、螺母、垫片密封连接。

1.一种金属纤维管道阻火器，包括进口锥形壳体（1）和出口锥形壳体（2），所述锥形壳体（1）两端设置有法兰盘（3）和（4），内部设置有阻火芯（7），所述锥形壳体（2）两端设置有法兰盘（5）和（6），内部设置有阻火芯（8），其特征是所述进出口锥形壳体中均设置有阻火芯。
2.如权利要求1所述的金属纤维管道阻火器，其特征在于：所述的阻火芯（7）设置为多层金属纤维织物，且具有透气孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的金属纤维管道阻火器，其特征在于：所述的阻火芯（8）设置为多层金属纤维烧结毡，且具有透气孔。
