本实用新型涉及一种管道阻火器,包括左筒体(1),右筒体(2),阻火芯(3),阻火层(4),所述左筒体(1)左右两端依次设置有法兰盘(5)和(6),所述右筒体(2)左右两端依次设置有法兰盘(7)和(8),所述法兰盘(6)和(7)通过螺栓、螺母、垫片密封连接,其特征在于:所述的阻火芯(3)为孔状结构的铁车屑,火焰进入到阻火芯后被分割成不规则的小块,阻火性能好,利于替换。所述的阻火层(4)为金属纤维织物或金属纤维烧结毡,设置于阻火芯两端,既能对铁车屑阻火芯起支撑定位作用,也能起到良好阻火效果。左右筒体对称布置,两端均设置有法兰,筒体组装及与管道连接都很方便,且安装时无方向性要求,介质可从任一端流进流出。阻火芯和阻火层材料价格低廉,结构简单,制造方便。市场资源丰富,便于推广应用。

本实用新型涉及一种管道附件,具体涉及一种管道阻火器。
背景技术
燃气、沼气、瓦斯气等易燃易爆气体在管道或设备内着火,火焰会很快蔓延,引起大量气体剧烈燃烧爆炸,造成火灾。因而,通常在易燃易爆气体管道中安装阻火器,起到防止外部火焰窜入存有易燃易爆气体的设备、管道或阻止火焰在设备、管道间蔓延的作用。目前,传统的金属网阻火器等虽构造简单,但阻火性能欠佳。而较新式的波纹板式阻火器等虽然阻火性能较好,但结构复杂。
因此,为解决上述技术问题,有必要提供一种结构简单、经济适用、安全可靠的阻火器。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、阻火性强、重复利用率高的管道阻火器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:一种管道阻火器,包括左筒体(1),右筒体(2),阻火芯(3),阻火层(4),所述左筒体(1)左右两端依次设置有法兰盘(5)和(6),所述右筒体(2)左右两端依次设置有法兰盘(7)和(8),所述法兰盘(6)和(7)通过螺栓、螺母、垫片密封连接,其特征是筒体内设置有阻火芯和阻火层,可有效阻止火焰蔓延。
本实用新型的管道阻火器,所述的阻火芯(3)设置为孔状结构的铁车屑。
所述的阻火层(4)设置为金属纤维织物或金属纤维烧结毡。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下特点和有益效果:所述的阻火芯(3)为孔状结构的铁车屑,火焰进入到阻火芯后被分割成不规则的小块,阻火性能好,利于替换。所述的阻火层(4)为金属纤维织物或金属纤维烧结毡,设置于阻火芯两端,既能对铁车屑阻火芯起支撑定位作用,也能起到良好阻火效果。左右筒体对称布置,两端均设置有法兰,筒体组装及与管道连接都很方便,且安装时无方向性要求,介质可从任一端流进流出。阻火芯和阻火层材料价格低廉,结构简单,制造方便。市场资源丰富,便于推广应用。

具体实施方式
参照说明书附图1,将法兰盘(5)和(6)依次固定在左筒体(1)左右两端,将法兰盘(7)和(8)依次固定在右筒体(2)左右两端。将所述阻火层(4)置于左筒体左侧,再装入铁车屑。同样,将所述阻火层(4)置于右筒体右侧,再装入铁车屑。采用螺栓、螺母、垫片,通过法兰盘(6)和(7)将左筒体(1)和右筒体(2)密封连接。

1.一种管道阻火器,包括左筒体(1),右筒体(2),阻火芯(3),阻火层(4),所述左筒体(1)左右两端依次设置有法兰盘(5)和(6),所述右筒体(2)左右两端依次设置有法兰盘(7)和(8),所述法兰盘(6)和(7)通过螺栓、螺母、垫片密封连接,其特征是筒体内设置有阻火芯和阻火层。
2.如权利要求1所述的管道阻火器,所述的阻火芯(3)设置为孔状结构的铁车屑。
3.如权利要求1所述的管道阻火器,所述的阻火层(4)设置为金属纤维织物或金属纤维烧结毡。
