Abstract

本实用新型揭示一种可调节空气量泡沫给皂器,包括泵体、活塞杆、套接于活塞杆上端的阀座,该泵体内设置有使泡沫皂液向上单向进料的进料单向阀与出料单向阀,进料单向阀与出料单向阀之间形成气液混合腔,气液混合腔侧壁上连通有进气管,该进气管与气液混合腔连接侧壁上开有进气孔,所述进气管内设有进气单向阀、螺套和空气调节螺杆,所述螺套与进气管固定连接,所述空气调节螺杆固定于螺套内穿过单向阀螺杆通孔使螺杆端部插入进气孔中,该实用新型通过旋转螺杆即可根据需要调节泡沫给皂器空气进气量,避免出现皂液不足或皂液浪费的情况,十分方便。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种给皂器,具体涉及一种可调节空气量泡沫给皂器。
背景技术
     给皂器是厨房或卫生间中常用的洗涤用具,其通常安装在水池的龙头旁边,用于人们洗手或清洗物品,现有的泡沫给皂器,包括按压泵,泵体中设有皂液腔,通过泵体中设置的单向阀使皂液通过泵体从上端出液嘴挤出,在皂液腔中开有进气孔使皂液与空气混合产生泡沫,然而这种泡沫给皂器空气进气量在生产后即固定无法调整,这样使用时若进气过多则无法达到清洗效果,若进气过少则容易造成皂液的浪费,十分不便。
发明内容
为克服现有泡沫给皂器存在的不足,本实用新型目的在于开发一种可根据需要调节泡沫给皂器空气进气量的装置,避免出现皂液不足或皂液浪费的情况。
为达上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种可调节空气量泡沫给皂器,包括泵体、活塞杆、套接于活塞杆上端的阀座,所述泵体下端连接有进料管,该泵体内设置有使泡沫皂液向上单向进料的进料单向阀与出料单向阀,所述进料单向阀与出料单向阀之间设有作用于进料单向阀与出料单向阀的复位弹簧,所述出料单向阀将泵体划分为出料腔与气液混合腔,进料单向阀与出料单向阀之间形成气液混合腔,其特征在于:所述气液混合腔侧壁上连通有进气管,该进气管与气液混合腔连接侧壁上开有进气孔,所述进气管内沿进气孔径向方向由内向外依次设有进气单向阀、螺套和空气调节螺杆,所述螺套与进气管固定连接,该螺套套体设有抵顶于进气单向阀底座的凸缘,所述进气单向阀底部设有螺杆通孔,所述空气调节螺杆固定于螺套内穿过单向阀螺杆通孔使螺杆端部插入进气孔中。
进一步的,所述出料单向阀包括第一橡胶底座和环绕于第一橡胶底座周部截面呈 V 形开口的第一挡缘,所述进料单向阀包括第二橡胶底座和环绕于第二橡胶底座周部截面呈 V 形开口的第二挡缘,所述第一挡缘和第二挡缘上 V 形开口的朝向相同。
进一步的,所述进气单向阀包括第三橡胶底座和环绕于橡胶底座周部截面呈 V 形开口的第三挡缘。
进一步的,所述活塞杆具有输送泡沫皂液的中通孔,所述活塞杆还设有径向孔,所述出料单向阀橡胶底座具有用于封堵活塞杆通孔凸起的嵌入部,该嵌入部封住中通孔的一端,该出料腔通过径向孔而与中通孔相连通。
进一步的,所述螺套底座设有凸块,所述进气管端部设有与凸块相配合的卡扣,所述螺套与进气管端部相扣接。
进一步的,所述进气单向阀底部螺杆通孔与螺杆过盈配合。
进一步的,所述螺套内设有与螺杆相配合的内螺纹,所述螺杆靠近进气孔一端为锥形。
进一步的,所述阀座套设在活塞杆的上端,所述活塞杆活动设置在阀座内,并且该活塞杆与阀座内还设置有第一密封圈。
进一步的,所述阀座与泵体之间还设置有第二密封圈。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施对本实用新型作详细说明。
本实用新型一种可调节空气量泡沫给皂器,通常安装于洗手池边,参考图1~2所示,包括泵体1、活塞杆2、套接于活塞杆上端的阀座3,所述泵体下端连接有进料管4,进料管下方连接有储存皂液的皂液瓶,该泵体内设置有使泡沫皂液向上单向进料的进料单向阀6与出料单向阀5,所述进料单向阀6与出料单向阀5之间设有作用于进料单向阀与出料单向阀的复位弹簧7,所述出料单向阀5将泵体划分为出料腔11与气液混合腔12,出料腔11为泡沫皂液混合完成后通过出料单向阀进入的腔室,进料单向阀6与出料单向阀5之间形成气液混合腔12,所述气液混合腔侧壁上连通有进气管13,该进气管13与气液混合腔连接侧壁上开有进气孔14,所述进气管13内沿进气孔14径向方向由内向外依次设有进气单向阀8、螺套9和空气调节螺杆10,所述螺套9与进气管13固定连接,该螺套套体设有抵顶于进气单向阀底座的凸缘91,所述进气单向阀8底部设有螺杆通孔81,所述空气调节螺杆10固定于螺套9内穿过单向阀螺杆通孔使螺杆10端部插入进气孔14中。所述螺套底座设有凸块93,所述进气管端部设有与凸块相配合的卡扣131,所述螺套与进气管端部相扣接。
所述出料单向阀5包括第一橡胶底座51和环绕于第一橡胶底座周部截面呈 V 形开口的第一挡缘52,所述进料单向阀6包括第二橡胶底座61和环绕于第二橡胶底座周部截面呈 V 形开口的第二挡缘62,所述第一挡缘52和第二挡缘62上 V 形开口的朝向相同。所述进气单向阀8包括第三橡胶底座81和环绕于橡胶底座周部截面呈 V 形开口的第三挡缘82。这样,当给皂器未使用时,进料仓为密封状态,进料单向阀、出料单向阀、进气单向阀通过进气孔连成的空间为密封状态。
所述活塞杆2具有输送泡沫皂液的中通孔21,所述活塞杆还设有径向孔22,所述出料单向阀橡胶底座具有用于封堵活塞杆通孔凸起的嵌入部53,该嵌入部封住中通孔21的一端,该出料腔通过径向孔22而与中通孔21相连通。
参考图3所示,使用时,活塞杆2下压,压缩出料腔11,此时出料单向阀5的第一挡缘52在出料腔11压力作用下内缩,使混合完成的泡沫皂液向上输送,同时在出料腔压力作用下使进料单向阀6的第二挡缘62与进气单向阀第三挡缘82外张使气液混合腔室密封。
参考图4所示,活塞杆2按压到底部后松开手,活塞杆在复位弹簧7的作用下上行,此时,气液混合腔12腔室增大,在压力作用下进料单向阀6的第二挡缘62与进气单向阀第三挡缘82内缩,使空气与皂液混合,同时出料单向阀5的第一挡缘52在压力作用下外张。
所述进气单向阀底部螺杆通孔83与螺杆10过盈配合,所述螺套9内设有与螺杆相配合的内螺纹,所述螺杆靠近进气孔一端为锥形。
当需要调节进气量时,旋转螺杆10,调节螺杆插入进气孔10的锥部的部分,实现增大或缩小进气孔的进气面积,以调节空气的进气量,由于出料单向阀5、进料单向阀6、进气单向阀8通过进气孔连成的密封空间大小不变,为了实现压力平衡,若空气进入增多则皂液进入减少,空气进入量减少则皂液进入量增加,从而实现空气和皂液混合比例的调整。
所述阀座3套设在活塞杆2的上端,该活塞杆活动设置在阀座内,并且该活塞杆与阀座内还设置有第一密封圈231,所述阀座3与泵体1之间还设置有第二密封圈131,以提高腔室的密封性。
该实用新型通过旋转螺杆即可根据需要调节泡沫给皂器空气进气量,避免出现皂液不足或皂液浪费的情况,十分方便。

Claims (9)

1.一种可调节空气量泡沫给皂器,包括泵体、活塞杆、套接于活塞杆上端的阀座,所述泵体下端连接有进料管,该泵体内设置有使泡沫皂液向上单向进料的进料单向阀与出料单向阀,所述进料单向阀与出料单向阀之间设有作用于进料单向阀与出料单向阀的复位弹簧,所述出料单向阀将泵体划分为出料腔与气液混合腔,进料单向阀与出料单向阀之间形成气液混合腔,其特征在于:所述气液混合腔侧壁上连通有进气管,该进气管与气液混合腔连接侧壁上开有进气孔,所述进气管内沿进气孔径向方向由内向外依次设有进气单向阀、螺套和空气调节螺杆,所述螺套与进气管固定连接,该螺套套体设有抵顶于进气单向阀底座的凸缘,所述进气单向阀底部设有螺杆通孔,所述空气调节螺杆固定于螺套内穿过单向阀螺杆通孔使螺杆端部插入进气孔中。
2.如权利要求1 所述一种可调节空气量泡沫给皂器,其特征在于,所述出料单向阀包括第一橡胶底座和环绕于第一橡胶底座周部截面呈 V 形开口的第一挡缘,所述进料单向阀包括第二橡胶底座和环绕于第二橡胶底座周部截面呈 V 形开口的第二挡缘,所述第一挡缘和第二挡缘上 V 形开口的朝向相同。
3.如权利要求1 所述一种可调节空气量泡沫给皂器,其特征在于,所述进气单向阀包括第三橡胶底座和环绕于橡胶底座周部截面呈 V 形开口的第三挡缘。
4.如权利要求2所述一种可调节空气量泡沫给皂器,其特征在于,所述活塞杆具有输送泡沫皂液的中通孔,所述活塞杆还设有径向孔,所述出料单向阀橡胶底座具有用于封堵活塞杆通孔凸起的嵌入部,该嵌入部封住中通孔的一端,该出料腔通过径向孔而与中通孔相连通。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种可调节空气量泡沫给皂器,其特征在于,所述螺套底座设有凸块,所述进气管端部设有与凸块相配合的卡扣,所述螺套与进气管端部相扣接。
6.如权利要求1 所述的一种可调节空气量泡沫给皂器,其特征在于,所述进气单向阀底部螺杆通孔与螺杆过盈配合。
7.如权利要求1 所述一种可调节空气量泡沫给皂器,其特征在于,所述螺套内设有与螺杆相配合的内螺纹,所述螺杆靠近进气孔一端为锥形。
8.如权利要求1 所述一种可调节空气量泡沫给皂器,其特征在于,所述阀座套设在活塞杆的上端,该活塞杆活动设置在阀座内,并且该活塞杆与阀座内还设置有第一密封圈。
9.如权利要求1 所述的一种可调节空气量泡沫给皂器,其特征在于,所述阀座与泵体之间还设置有第二密封圈。
